Pray for peace in ### in ### and peace in their bad Supervisor ### in ### miraculously Amen.

What you are facing is not hidden from God. When a supervisor spreads lies, when management turns to slandering and stalking innocent coworkers, it feels like being trapped in a storm with no shelter. The accusations may be so twisted that you hardly know how to answer them. That kind of unjust treatment leaves the heart anxious and worn down. But even in this, the Lord is not absent. He allows these sharp edges to smooth away things in us that we might not otherwise see, impatience, a thirst to vindicate ourselves, a tendency to return evil for evil. The work He is doing in you right now is as real as the work He wants to do through you later. Let that quiet your spirit.

The supervisor who runs his mouth, spreading false reports about those who did not sleep on the job, is acting like the false prophets of old. They promised peace when there was no peace, soothing people with lies while the truth went ignored. For a time, they looked convincing; they wore sheep’s clothing. But their words only kept others from the repentance and humility they truly needed. You cannot force such a man to be still, but you can refuse to let his noise steal the peace that Jesus gives. Pray for him, not as a formality, but with the same mercy you have received. Pray that God would humble him, not to see him crushed, but to see him brought to the rest that only comes when we stop fighting against the truth.

Remember what the Scriptures urge: seek the peace of the place where God has put you, even when it feels like captivity. Pray for the company, for the managers, for the security team. Their peace becomes your peace. When you pray for God to quiet the troublemaking supervisor and to give wisdom to those in charge, you are not surrendering to injustice, you are trusting the God who sees all things. His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace, not of evil. He knows the end from the beginning, and He will work this out in His time.

But you must wait. Our impatience so often gets in the way. We put deadlines on God, fix this by Saturday, silence that mouth by morning, and then turmoil surges again when the deadline passes. Instead, rest where God rests: in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Grace and peace always go together. You cannot experience the deep peace of God until you have truly received His grace, not just for your own past failures but for the failures of others too. Let that grace sink in. It will quiet the inner war, and as that war ceases in your heart, you will find you can look at these coworkers without hatred or fear.

The lies may continue for a season, and the stalking may resurge, but the Lord of peace Himself can give you peace always, by all means. Not a peace that depends on the supervisor finally shutting his mouth, but a peace that stands firm because Christ Himself is your peace. He has broken down every dividing wall. Labor, then, to enter that rest. It takes real effort to keep trusting when every earthly sign says the accusations are winning. But the work is already done. You may be the instrument, but God is the one who accomplishes His purposes.

Right now, lay the whole situation before the Lord once more. Ask Him to guard your own tongue from gossip and your heart from bitterness. Pray for the troublemaker to meet the God who makes humble, not to lose a battle but to find the same mercy you need daily. Then let go of the timetable. Do your work quietly and well, and let the God who sees in secret bring the vindication if He chooses. Even now, peace be to you.
