Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace and the strife that has taken root among supervisors, managers, security guards, and clients. The Bible warns us in James 3:16, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." It is clear that the seeds of discord sown through lies, slander, and gossip have borne bitter fruit, and we stand in the gap to uproot this evil in the name of Jesus Christ.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for He Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).

Now, we turn our hearts to the specific needs of this workplace. Father God, we come before You with boldness, asking for Your divine intervention in this company. We rebuke the spirit of strife, gossip, and slander that has taken hold among the supervisors, managers, and security guards. Your Word declares in Proverbs 16:28, "A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends." We bind these spirits in the mighty name of Jesus and command them to leave this place. We declare that the tongue that has spread lies will be silenced, and the hearts that have harbored bitterness will be softened.

Lord, we specifically lift up the troublesome supervisor who has wrongfully accused his coworkers. We pray that You would humble his heart and convict him of his sin. Your Word says in Proverbs 11:2, "When pride comes, then comes shame, but with humility comes wisdom." Father, break the pride in his heart and replace it with humility. Let him see the error of his ways and repent of the lies he has spread. We pray that he would become a peacemaker, not a troublemaker, and that he would seek reconciliation with those he has wronged.

We also lift up the managers who have participated in stalking, slandering, and harassing their innocent coworkers. Father, we ask that You would humble them as well. Your Word declares in James 4:6, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'" We pray that these managers would recognize their wrongdoing and turn from their sinful ways. Let them be filled with Your peace and extend that peace to their coworkers, especially the Christian security guards who have been wrongfully targeted.

Father, we ask that You would bring unity and peace to this workplace. Let there be a supernatural shift in the atmosphere, where love, respect, and integrity prevail. We declare that the management will no longer operate in deception but will walk in truth and righteousness. We pray that the clients of this company will also be touched by Your peace and that their interactions with the staff will be marked by kindness and mutual respect.

We rebuke the spirit of division that has sought to destroy this workplace. Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 1:10, "Now I beg you, brothers, through the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment." We declare that this workplace will be united in purpose and that every worker will be treated with dignity and fairness.

Lord, we also pray for the innocent security guards who have been wrongfully accused and harassed. We ask that You would protect them from further harm and give them the strength to endure this trial. Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh." We declare that no weapon formed against these workers will prosper and that their righteousness will shine forth.

Father, we ask that You would expose the truth in this situation. Let every lie be brought to light, and let justice prevail. Your Word says in Proverbs 12:19, "Truth’s lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only momentary." We pray that the truth will be revealed and that those who have been wronged will be vindicated.

We also pray for the leadership of this company. Father, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will govern with wisdom, integrity, and humility. Your Word says in Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." We pray that the leadership of this company will be transformed by Your Spirit and that they will lead with righteousness.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would bring revival to this workplace. Let Your presence fill every corner of this company, and let Your peace reign. We declare that July 2026 will mark the beginning of a new season of unity, peace, and productivity in this place. Let every worker come to know You as their Lord and Savior, and let this company be a beacon of Your light in the world.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Workplace chaos like you’re describing is genuinely draining, when grown adults in authority use their words to tear people down instead of leading, it can make just showing up feel heavy. We’re standing with you in asking God to cut through the noise.

Sometimes peace in a hostile environment starts not with the loudest voices changing overnight, but with one person who refuses to panic or retaliate. Keeping your own spirit steady and refusing to be drawn into the rumor mill can quietly disrupt the cycle. When you’re able, speaking simply and factually when confronted, without matching the heat, often does more to expose slander than arguing ever could. Humility isn’t weakness; it’s a strong, settled confidence that God sees what’s true and doesn’t need us to fight dirty to defend it. We’ve seen that kind of calm, non-anxious presence unsettle bullies more than a shouting match ever would.

Please hold on to this: the small, faithful choices you make to stay kind and truthful in a toxic workplace are seen by God. You’re not forgotten in that building.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this workplace to You. You see the lies, the harassment, the supervisors using their words to hurt the innocent. We ask You to restrain what is destructive and to quiet the tongues that stir up strife. Bring peace where there is chaos. Protect those being targeted and preserve their dignity. Humble those in authority, and bring the truth to light in Your time. We ask for a covering of Your peace over every person affected. In Jesus’ name.

The peace that you seek in that company is a cry for the cessation of strife, yet beware lest you cry "Peace, peace," when there is no true peace, for the heart that is not right with God through Jesus Christ knows nothing of the peace which passes understanding. The clamor of supervisors and managers, the slander and the lying tongue, these are but the outward foam upon a deeper turbulence. Unless these souls are reconciled to God by the death of His Son, they cannot know peace, and their troubled spirits will ever boil over into contention. The man who spreads lies about his coworkers, claiming they sleep when they are innocent, possesses a false peace if he feels none of the conviction of his sin; his peace is built upon the stagnant pool of a seared conscience, and until that false peace is dried up and he is stranded in self-despair, his case is hopeless.

Do not, however, be merely troubled by the outward persecution. Consider that this very slander and harassment, though venomous spite, has a usefulness in the economy of God. Persecution in the church and in the life of a believer, taking the form of cruel mockings and false accusations, speeds the course of faith. Do you not see how such trials drive the Christian nearer to his God? How many prayers have been offered up as the result of this very stalking and gossiping that would never have been offered else, Heaven alone can tell. God blesses His people through persecution; it is the wave that, when it leaps up around the ship, speeds her course toward the haven. Your cry for the humbling of the manager and the supervisors is a right one, but understand that true humility is not a mere groveling in the dust to escape trouble; it is to make a right estimate of oneself. The throne of humility must be the heart, and it is God alone who can bring a proud man to that throne. He who boasts of his own importance by tearing down his coworkers with lies is serving his own pride, not the Lord, and such boasting is the prelude to destruction before honor is humility.

Therefore, approach the throne of grace not with a demand that your circumstances change alone, but that the hearts of these men be changed. Prostrate before the throne is the proper attitude of prayer; in humility is our strength for supplication. Plead that these supervisors, managers, and guards may be brought low to see their own unworthiness, that the bully who runs his mouth may be convicted of the false words he has spoken, for have we not all used false words? Has our heart always gone with our tongue in perfect truth? The true way of justification is not in proving one's own works or in tearing down others to exalt oneself, but in accepting what God gives by faith. Pray that they might be humbled, yes, but with the humility that leads to a saving knowledge of Christ, for out of Christ there is no true peace to the conscience, no reconciliation to God, however profound a worldly truce may seem.

But for you, and for those innocent coworkers whom you name, the command is clear: let your mind be stayed on God, for He will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him because he trusts in Him. This is peace in the very midst of chaos, perfect peace when thronging duties press and when sorrows surge around. To do the will of Jesus, even under the stalking eyes of unjust managers, this is rest. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, a peace that death cannot drown, a quietude in the deep caverns of the soul where Christ reigns supreme, undisturbed by the mountain waves of slander that roll upon the surface. Be not fretful for July or any other season; the same Lord who vanquished death and all its powers rules over the tongues of men. Trust in His efficacious blood, nor fear banishment from God, since Jesus died for you. It is enough. Earth's struggles soon shall cease, and He will call us to Heaven's perfect peace.

Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are pure, think on these things. The disorders you describe arise from falsehood, from slander, from that open sepulchre of the throat and the poison of asps under the lips. When men spread lies about their coworkers, claiming they slept when they did not, they make themselves accusers without cause. This ought not to be. Against an elder receive not an accusation without two or three witnesses. Yet here there are no witnesses, only suspicion, only the big mouth running with deceit.

Consider how Christ Himself, when false charges were brought against Him, when they slandered Him by the very points through which they ought to have marveled, He held His peace. He opened not His mouth. Do not let anger act as umpire in your heart. Two thoughts wrestle within you, the one bidding revenge, the other endurance. Let the peace of God stand forward and bestow the prize on that which bids endure. Human peace comes of avenging, of suffering no dreadful ill. But not this do I intend. I intend that peace which God Himself made with us, of His own will, without receiving anything from us.

Let no one separate you from one another. If any one accuses, if any is offended, let him not retain it in his mind. Bring the accusation, receive defense. Reprove him, lest haply he hath not said it. For the false accusations, let them be shown to be false. For punishment is appointed for those who utter any idle word. But you, make a beginning on your part. If you will be at peace with each other, God too will be with you. The way of peace they have not known who plot and slander and harass. But you, think on these things. Seek the peace that is fixed and steadfast, which comes not from man's approval but from God's own character.

It is deeply troubling when those in authority use their words as weapons, spreading lies and stirring up strife among coworkers. What you are describing is not merely office tension; it is a spiritual battle, where slander and gossip masquerade as truth, wounding the innocent and troubling the righteous. There have always been those who cry "peace, peace" when there is no peace, offering false reassurances while their tongues deal in deception. Even in the workplace, the same pattern appears: people who build themselves up by tearing others down, who claim to see faults where none exist, and who lead others into suspicion and division through their "lightness" with the truth.

But take heart. The Lord is not mocked. He hears every whispered lie, and He sees every act of stalking or harassment meant to intimidate His children. These lies may sadden your heart, just as Jeremiah's heart was broken when the false prophets deceived the people. But God has declared, "I am against those who prophesy false dreams," who cause others to err by their lies. No slander spoken in the shadows escapes His notice. The very ones who set traps for the innocent will find that their own words become a snare to them, unless they humble themselves and repent.

In the middle of this chaos, you are called to a different way. Do not return evil for evil. Instead, pray for those who mistreat you, pray that the Lord will humble their hearts, silence the lies, and bring genuine conviction. Ask Him to grant you His peace, the peace that passes all understanding, not because the storm has ceased, but because your mind is stayed on Him. When your thoughts are fixed on Christ, He keeps you in perfect peace, even while the accusations fly. That inner peace then becomes a quiet witness, showing that your security rests not in a manager's approval but in the God who justifies.

Remember, the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and willing to yield. You cannot control the mouths of others, but you can, by God's grace, refuse to let their poison take root in your own heart. Seek the peace of the place where God has placed you, not by pretending the wrongdoing is okay, but by living so honorably that any lie told about you will be exposed as absurd. Let your work be so diligent, your speech so gracious, that the truth eventually silences the accusers.

And do not be deceived if things seem to settle down without true repentance. A false peace is no peace at all if the hearts of the troublemakers remain unchanged. The Lord desires truth in the inward parts. Continue to pray for a miraculous intervention, that the Spirit of God would convict the supervisors and managers, that the guard who spreads falsehoods would be stopped and brought to a place of humility, and that your innocent coworkers would be shielded from harm. God is able to turn a hostile workplace into a place of order and respect. While you wait, hold fast to His promise: "I know the thoughts I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." He has not forgotten you, even when you feel surrounded by captors of chaos. Your peace, ultimately, is in Him.
