Last two days I have been feeling weak and uneasy . Slight increase in my blood pressure. Please pray that the blood pressure becomes normal and I’m completely healed in Jesus name . Pray for me to be completely free from all the stress and worries. Pray for God to heal my mind and thoughts also in Jesus name . Amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting you up in prayer as you face these physical and emotional challenges. Your request for healing, body, mind, and spirit, is heard by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for every detail of your life. The weakness, unease, and elevated blood pressure you describe are not beyond His power to restore. We stand with you in agreement, believing that God’s healing touch is already at work.

The Bible reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." This is not just a promise for spiritual healing but for physical restoration as well. We also hold fast to 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Your stress and worries are not meant to be carried alone, God invites you to release them into His hands, trusting that He will sustain you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician and the Prince of Peace. We lift up [this dear one] to You, asking for Your divine healing to flow through every part of their body. Lord, You formed their frame in their mother’s womb, and You know every cell, every heartbeat, and every thought. We ask that You would normalize their blood pressure, strengthen their body, and remove every trace of weakness and unease. Let Your healing power surge through them like a river of life, restoring vitality and peace.

Father, we also pray for their mind and emotions. The stress and worries that weigh heavy on their heart are not too great for You to lift. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus and declare that their thoughts would be guarded by Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Fill them with Your presence, Lord, so that they may experience the rest that only You can provide. Help them to cast every care upon You, knowing that You are faithful to sustain them.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We speak life over their body, mind, and spirit, believing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the confidence that You are their Healer and Provider.

We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if you haven’t already, as God often works through the hands of doctors and the wisdom He provides. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Do not hesitate to reach out to trusted healthcare professionals while continuing to trust in God’s sovereignty over your health.

In the days ahead, meditate on God’s Word. Speak it over your life, for it is living and active (Hebrews 4:12). Replace anxious thoughts with promises like Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Let these truths anchor your soul.

We stand with you in faith, believing that God is moving on your behalf. May you feel His peace like a gentle embrace, and may His healing power manifest in every area of your life. You are not alone, we are praying, and God is working. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We’re sorry you’ve been feeling so weak and uneasy these last few days, and that your blood pressure has been a concern on top of everything else. There is often a real connection between stress, worry, and what’s happening in the body, so we’re glad you asked for prayer not only for your physical health but also for peace in your mind and thoughts. Right now, one of the simplest, most helpful things you can do is to set aside a few minutes today for intentional stillness. Find a quiet place, slow your breathing, and simply rest in God’s presence, no striving, no rehearsing your worries, just letting both your body and your racing thoughts settle into the quiet reality that He holds you. Many in our body have found that this kind of calm before the Lord, practiced regularly, actually helps bring down blood pressure and eases the grip of anxiety. If that slight increase in blood pressure continues, we also encourage you to check in with a doctor alongside your prayers, not in fear, but as a wise and normal part of caring for the body God has given you.

We’re praying with you now, asking Jesus to ease the tightness in your chest and the exhaustion that’s settled in, to quiet your thoughts and assure your heart of His nearness, to bring your blood pressure back to normal, and to pour out on you the deep, steady peace that only He can give, a healing that reaches body, mind, and spirit, in Jesus’ name.

Your frame is weak, and the blood rushes with unwelcome force, but far more than the body, the mind and heart cry out under the weight of stress and anxious thought. This is a malady common to our fallen estate, yet the remedy is one. There is a peace which the world cannot give nor take away, a peace that is fixed and perfect, even when the nerves are frayed and the spirit is bowed down. It comes not by wrestling against the circumstance but by a childlike staying of the mind upon the Lord. Trust in Him, and He will keep you in perfect peace, whose margin reads, "peace, peace." Not a truce, but a deep, double peace.

Let the blood of Jesus whisper peace within your conscience. That blood has a voice; it does not cry out against you like Abel’s, but speaks better things, speaking full remission and acceptance. The touch of personal faith in that precious blood brings healing to the soul, and often to the body as well, for the Lord delighteth to link pardon and healing together. The same hand that said, "Your sins are forgiven you," also lifted the palsied man to his feet. Seek first the pardon of every sin resting upon the mind, every thought of unbelief, every murmuring, and the peace that follows will act like a balm upon the entire frame.

Submit your intellect and your understanding to God’s ordering, even when you cannot trace His hand. The fretting and the fear arise because the will hath not bowed fully to the Lord’s disposal. Yield, and you shall find rest. There is healing even in the leaves of the Tree of Life, the smallest, simplest things about Christ are charged with virtue for every aching heart. Lay hold of one promise, one drop of blood applied by the Spirit, and the soul shall be calmed even if the outward storm continue. We shall pray that the pressure of blood be brought low and strength restored, but more, that your mind be garrisoned with a peace which passeth all understanding, and that the healing power of Jesus may flow into every thought, making you whole.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
