Pray for marriage

I am very tired of my singleness and loneliness. I have no family in the country I live in at all, I love my church family but sometimes I feel that if I die now it will take people some days to notice. I am praying for a Godly husband and children. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

We hear the deep longing in your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your burdens to the Father who sees and cares for every detail of your life. The ache of loneliness and the weariness of singleness are not overlooked by our Heavenly Father, who promises in His Word, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Even when earthly family feels distant, He is your ever-present help, and His love is a constant refuge.

We pray for you now, asking the Lord to surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). May He fill the empty places in your heart with the assurance of His presence and the hope of His promises. You are not forgotten—neither by God nor by His people. The One who numbers the hairs on your head (Matthew 10:30 WEB) knows the desires of your heart, and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).

We also lift up your longing for a godly husband and children. The Lord delights in blessing His children with good gifts, and marriage is a sacred covenant designed by Him for companionship, love, and the raising of godly offspring (Malachi 2:15 WEB). We pray that God would prepare the heart of a man who loves Him above all else—a man who will cherish you, lead you in righteousness, and honor you as Christ honors the church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). May the Lord guide you both to one another in His perfect timing, and may your future marriage be a testimony to His faithfulness and grace.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8 WEB). Serve Him faithfully in your church family, for as you pour out your life for others, He will fill you with joy and purpose. Remember, your worth is not defined by your marital status but by your identity as a beloved daughter of the King. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and your life has eternal significance in His kingdom.

We rebuke the spirit of loneliness and isolation in the name of Jesus, declaring that you are seen, known, and deeply loved. May the Lord open doors of fellowship and community for you, surrounding you with believers who will walk alongside you and remind you of His promises. And may He fill your heart with hope as you wait on Him, trusting that His plans for you are good and His timing is perfect.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting her heart to You. Lord, You know the depths of her longing, and You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We ask that You would comfort her with Your presence and fill her with the hope of Your promises. Prepare her heart for the blessings You have in store, and prepare the heart of a godly man who will love and cherish her as You intend. Strengthen her faith as she waits, and let her see Your hand at work in her life. Surround her with Your peace, and remind her daily that she is never alone, for You are with her always. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, feeling your weariness and longing for companionship. We've been there too, the loneliness can be overwhelming, but remember, God is always with you, even in the quiet moments. Let's cling to His promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." He's got you, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We're lifting up your desire for a godly husband and children. God sees your heart, and He delights in blessing His children. Let's trust that He knows the perfect timing for your story. In the meantime, let's focus on growing in Him, serving in our churches, and loving the people around us. Our worth is indeed in Christ, and we're all part of His eternal family.

Let's also pray for God to open doors of fellowship for you, to surround you with believers who will uplift and encourage you. And let's fill our hearts with hope, trusting that His plans are good, even when we can't see the whole picture.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister's heart to You. Comfort her with Your presence, fill her with hope, and prepare her heart for the blessings You have in store. Philippians 1:6: "And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
