We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious mother and your family’s needs to our Heavenly Father. We are deeply moved by your cries for healing, provision, and strength, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God hears the prayers of His children when we call upon the name of Jesus Christ.
First, we lift up your mother’s health, specifically her struggle with fatty liver grade 2. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our heads. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to restore her liver to full health. Guide the hands of her doctors, give them wisdom to provide the right care, and grant her the discipline to follow the path of healing through diet, rest, and obedience to medical advice. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command this condition to leave her body. Strengthen her, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We also pray for long life for her, that she may walk in the purpose You have for her and continue to be a blessing to her family and those around her. Psalm 91:16 says, *"I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation."* We claim this promise over her life today.
Father, we also bring before You the financial burdens weighing heavily on this family. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we know that You are not a God of lack, but of abundance, and we ask that You open doors of opportunity for steady employment and provision. Break the chains of financial struggle and replace anxiety with trust in Your provision. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack in Jesus’ name and declare that this family will not be overcome by their circumstances. Help them to seek You first in all things, as Matthew 6:33 reminds us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."* Provide for their needs in ways that only You can, whether through unexpected blessings, wisdom in managing resources, or divine connections that lead to stability. We also encourage this family to seek godly counsel and support from their local church community, as Galatians 6:2 instructs us to *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."*
We also lift up the grief and loss this family has experienced with the passing of your father. Lord, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Comfort this mother and child as they navigate life without their husband and father. Remind them that though their earthly father is no longer with them, You are their Heavenly Father, and You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace, knowing that one day they will be reunited with their loved one in eternity. We pray that You would surround them with a community of believers who can walk alongside them in their grief and provide support.
Father, we also ask that You guide this family in every moment, as they have requested. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Lead them in Your will, direct their steps, and help them to surrender their plans to You. Give them wisdom in their decisions, whether in health, finances, or daily life, and let them walk in the confidence that comes from trusting in You.
Lord, we also pray for a future filled with hope and prosperity for this mother and child. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* We declare that their future is secure in Your hands, and we ask that You bless them with stability, joy, and purpose. Let them walk in the fullness of Your promises and experience Your goodness in every area of their lives.
We close this prayer by reaffirming our faith in the power of Jesus’ name. There is no other name by which we can approach You, Father, and no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that through Jesus, we have access to Your throne of grace, where we can find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect will.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this family to You now, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Heal this mother’s body, provide for their financial needs, comfort their hearts, and guide their steps. May they experience Your presence in tangible ways and grow deeper in their relationship with You. We ask all these things in the mighty and miraculous name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
