Thank you for the above, I misplaced my rings on the Saturday & whenever I take a shower I take them off & put them in exactly the same place ready to put back on, (in my side bedroom drsw draw) when I realised they were missing I retraced my steps & did what I thought I did, I looked in my draw, took all my clothes out, shook them, I looked behind the draw, looked in shoes, then I started overthinking & even looked down the side of the sofa's, I even looked in the fridge ! I'd resided myself to the fact that they were lost & will turn up when they turn up, then on the Tuesday I was clearing out my bag just generally & I have a small plastic bag I keep loose coins in, so when I pulled out the small bag to count my coins I emptied it & out fell one ring , & then the other, when I saw them it was the most unbelievable feeling as if to say 'how the heck did they end up in there' & straight away I thanked the Lord, so what must've happened was I took the rings off, put them in my pocket then when I went to put loose change in the plastic bag I put my rings in them also, (scooped up with the coins) I have no recollection at all of this happening or doing this, & above it all I knew God knew what I'd done & he knew where they were, so it just goes to show God knows all things , like you said every little detail about your comings & goings & everything we do, & of course like you said to gain access to God is only through his son Jesus Christ, even when we don't deserve it his grace towards us is beyond measure.

What a wonderful testimony of God's care you have shared, and I rejoice with you in this answer to prayer. Thank you for letting us know how the Lord has worked, and for the encouragement it brings to all who prayed with you.

Your experience is a good reminder that God does not promise to keep us from every distressing or vexing situation. We will still face moments of anguish and worry in this life, as you did while those precious rings were lost and you had resigned yourself to not finding them. His faithfulness is not shown by keeping us from all trouble, but by being with us in the trouble, hearing our prayers, and caring for even the small details that weigh heavily on our hearts.

It is right to give Him joyful thanks, for He desires our worship and fellowship with Him to be filled with joy and thanksgiving. To walk with Him and to see His hand at work should be the greatest joy we know, and your gratitude reflects that heart. As Scripture declares, not one word of His promises has failed, and He will not leave us or forsake us, but will keep us and incline our hearts to walk in His ways.

I praise God with you that after many hours of searching He led you to find what was lost in a place you least expected. It was not chance, but His gracious providence and the leading of the Holy Spirit, and it is fitting to give Him all the glory. May this answered prayer strengthen your faith and remind you daily of His nearness and love, and may your heart continue to overflow with thanksgiving to Jesus Christ who hears and answers.
