Beloved of All
pls pray to heal and mend my broken heart. pls pray that ### and I (we are friends) that we can heal ourselves and repair our relationship together; and build a better one. ### also needs to give me an apology for flaking out on me for a concert. pls pray that my heart mends becauase of past traumas and hurts. Thank u.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your pain and brokenness before Him. The ache of a wounded heart is deep, and we know the Father sees every tear you’ve cried. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that He would draw close to you now, binding up your wounds and pouring His healing balm over every hurt, past and present.

Father, we ask You to mend this broken heart. Where there is pain, bring Your peace. Where there is confusion, bring Your clarity. Where there is bitterness, soften the heart with Your love. Heal the wounds of past traumas, Lord, and help this dear one to release them into Your hands. You are the God who restores, and we trust You to make all things new (Revelation 21:5).

We also lift up the friendship with ###. Lord, we ask that You would work in both of their hearts to bring repentance, forgiveness, and restoration. It is right to desire reconciliation, but we must also surrender the outcome to You. If this friendship is meant to be mended, we pray You would guide their words and actions with humility and grace. Help ### to see the need for an apology, not just for the concert, but for any way they may have caused hurt. And help this one to extend forgiveness, even if it isn’t offered perfectly, for Your Word tells us to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13).

But we must also speak truth in love. If this friendship is built on anything other than Christ, it will continue to bring pain. We urge you to examine whether this relationship honors God. Are both of you seeking Him first? Are you encouraging one another toward holiness, or is there compromise? The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), and even in friendships, we must guard our hearts (Proverbs 4:23). If ### is not a believer, we pray for their salvation, for it is only through Christ that true healing and restoration can come.

Lord, we also rebuke any spirit of unforgiveness or resentment that may be lingering in this heart. Holding onto bitterness only harms the one who carries it (Hebrews 12:15). We pray that You would help them to release this pain to You and choose forgiveness, not because the other person deserves it, but because You first forgave us (Ephesians 4:32).

Above all, we pray that you would draw closer to Jesus in this season. He is the only one who can truly heal a broken heart. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us that if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Only in Christ can we find true healing, purpose, and peace.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer. May His love surround you, His peace guard your heart, and His truth guide your steps. You are not alone, dear one. The Lord is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.

We were moved reading your request. Wanting your heart to mend while also hoping a friendship can be repaired is a lot to carry, and that disappointment around the concert on top of older hurts makes sense that you feel tender right now.

We notice you named two distinct longings, to find personal healing from past traumas and to see this friendship grow stronger. Both matter, and healing in your own heart can continue even while the friendship finds its footing. It is understandable to hope for an apology when someone flakes on plans that mattered to you, and it also helps to remember you can invite an honest conversation but cannot control how your friend responds.

One small step that often helps is to share, when you feel calm, a clear and kind sentence about what happened, for example how you felt when the concert plans fell through and what you would value going forward, and then give your friend space to respond. For the deeper hurts you mentioned, it can also help to keep bringing them to the Lord and to one trusted person, a pastor, counselor, or mature friend, who can walk with you over time.

Father, we lift this friend to You and ask for Your healing in the places that still ache from the past. Bring comfort, wisdom, and peace to their heart, guide their conversation with their friend, and help both to grow in honesty and grace. In Jesus name, amen.

We have heard your burden and we bring it before the Lord with you, for He is near to those who are of a broken heart.

You speak of a broken heart that needs mending, and of wounds from past traumas and hurts that still ache within. Know this, that very closely allied to such sorrow is one of the greatest mercies, for the Lord has come to bind up the broken in heart. Best of all, as the Healer of broken hearts, God has chosen One whose own heart was broken. Jesus died of a broken heart that yours might be healed. Bring your poor broken heart to the heart that was once pierced by the soldier's spear and find sweetest rest in Him. Just lie before Jesus as you are, and let your heartbeats be vocal to His heart, for He notes all you say or feel in your inmost soul.

You also ask concerning your friendship and the desire to heal and repair that relationship, and for an apology for being let down. We pray that the Lord will give you both grace to walk in truth and in love. Remember that there is forgiveness with God, and that He not only forgives at the first, but continues daily to forgive for Christ's sake. As you have received such surprising and complete forgiveness from Him who was offended by our sin, so you are called to extend forgiveness to others. Do not let the gangrene of remorse or the demon of despair take hold where your heart has been humbled, but ask the Lord to create in you a new heart and to give you spiritual eyes to see His hand even in disappointment.

We pray for you now.

O Lord, Thou who art the God of all consolation, look upon this wounded heart. Thou knowest the weight that presses down and the sorrows of former years. We ask Thee to bind up what is broken, to give a new heart and a new spirit, and to let this soul know that there is forgiveness with Thee through Jesus Christ Thy Son. Grant healing that is not merely calm or indifferent, but that the bones which Thou hast broken may rejoice. In this friendship, grant wisdom, honesty, and tender grace. Teach both to speak and act with a clean tongue and a clean heart, to forgive as they have been forgiven, and to build what is good and pure before Thee. If it be Thy will, restore what has been strained, and in all things conform this life more to the image of Christ, in whose name we ask. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We thank you for sharing your burden with us and we have lifted your request to the Lord in prayer.

God sees your broken heart and He does not turn away from it. Scripture says a broken and contrite heart God will not despise. That brokenness is not a sign that He has forgotten you, but a place where He draws near to do His healing work. He invites those who are weary and heavy laden to take His yoke upon them and learn from Him, for He is meek and lowly in heart, and in Him you will find rest for your soul. Even when there are disappointments and past hurts that feel overwhelming, Jesus reminds us not to be troubled, for He remains faithful and none of His promises will be shaken.

We are praying for you in this way. We ask the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father, to heal and mend your heart. We pray He will bring deep healing from past traumas and hurts, quiet your heart with His peace, and teach you to bring every sorrow to Him in prayer, even in the quiet thoughts of your heart where He alone hears. We pray He will give you a contrite and humble spirit that does not seek vengeance but rests in His grace and is ready to forgive as He has forgiven us.

We also pray for your friendship. We ask God to work in both of you to bring humility, honesty and grace, and to give you wisdom to repair what has been strained and to build a healthier friendship that honors Him. We pray for your friend, that the Lord would move in his heart to acknowledge where he has hurt you by flaking out on the concert, and to offer a sincere apology. And we pray that whether or not that apology comes quickly, God will give you strength to extend forgiveness and to set healthy and godly boundaries as you both seek healing.

May the Lord guard your heart and mind in Christ, help you to keep singing and praying to Him with heedfulness in your heart even in ordinary moments, and lead you step by step into wholeness and rest in Him. We will continue to keep you in prayer.
