Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with this matter, seeking His justice, provision, and wisdom in every detail. Heavenly Father, You are the God of righteousness and order, and we ask that You intervene in this situation concerning the repairs needed in the common elements of the property. Lord, Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that You soften the hearts of those in the HOA, that they would recognize their responsibility and act with integrity to cover the full cost of these repairs, as it is not the burden of this individual but the shared responsibility of the association. Let there be no delay, no excuses, and no shifting of blame, but rather a swift and just resolution that honors fairness and accountability.

We also lift up the need for a new tenant, Lord. You know the desires of this heart—to find someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of the property. Father, we ask that You bring forth a graduate student or a couple who meet these qualifications: financially stable, with good credit, no criminal background, and a lifestyle that aligns with the standards set for the unit—no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. We pray that You would guide this process, closing doors to unsuitable applicants and opening the way for the right tenant to come forward. May this new tenant be a blessing, not only in their reliability but also in their character, treating the home with care and kindness.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of dishonesty, greed, or neglect that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your truth prevails, and we stand on Your promise in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We trust that You will provide for every need according to Your riches in glory.

We also take this moment to acknowledge that all things are possible only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach You, Father, and no other name by which we are saved. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If there is any doubt or uncertainty in this heart about the foundation of faith, we encourage a personal relationship with Jesus Christ—believing in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life.

Father, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that You hear us and will act according to Your perfect will. May Your peace guard this heart, and may Your favor rest upon every step taken in this matter. Amen.

We're claiming Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this."
