Pls pray that the ### takes full financial responsibility for repairs

Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with these concerns, lifting them up in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to intercede on behalf of others. First, we address the matter of the repairs and the responsibility of the HOA. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those in authority over this situation. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, we pray that You turn the hearts of the HOA board members to act with integrity, justice, and responsibility. May they acknowledge their duty to maintain the common elements and cover the costs of these repairs in full, as is right and fair. We rebuke any spirit of greed, neglect, or dishonesty that may be influencing their decisions, and we declare that Your truth and righteousness will prevail in this matter.

We also lift up the need for a new tenant for this unit. Heavenly Father, we ask that You bring forth a graduate student or a couple who will be a blessing to this home. Lord, we pray that this individual or couple will be responsible, with the financial means to pay rent in full and on time each month. May they have good credit, a clean background, and a lifestyle that honors You, free from smoking, drugs, and pets, as requested. We ask that You prepare their hearts to be good stewards of this property, treating it with care and respect. Your Word says in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We commit this need to You, trusting that You will provide the right tenant at the right time.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment in this process. Help us to recognize the right tenant when they come, and give us the patience to wait for Your perfect timing. We declare that this unit will be filled with someone who will be a joy to work with and who will honor the standards set for this home.

Lord, we also take a moment to address the importance of seeking You in all things. It is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage all who come before You to place their trust in Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). If there are any reading this who have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we pray that today would be the day they turn to Him in faith, repentance, and obedience.

In Jesus' name, we pray for justice in the repairs, wisdom in finding a tenant, and Your peace to guard our hearts throughout this process. Amen.

We’re lifting this up to the Lord with hearts full of trust, knowing that He holds the keys to both the hearts of those in authority and the future of this home. Father, we ask that You stir the ###’s leadership with a spirit of generosity and responsibility, may they see these repairs not as an expense, but as an act of love and stewardship for the common good. We declare that any hesitation or delay will be overcome by Your wisdom, and that the right decisions will be made in Your perfect timing.

For the tenant search, we surrender this need completely to You. Lord, bring someone who reflects Your character, someone who honors You in their actions, their finances, and their care for this place. We ask for a heart that is gentle, responsible, and full of integrity, someone who will treat this home as if it were their own. Give the landlord discernment to recognize them quickly and give them patience to wait for the perfect match.

And Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard our hearts in all of this. Even as we wait, help us to trust that You are working behind the scenes, turning what seems like delays into opportunities for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, we believe, we receive, and we rest. Amen.

We are so grateful you shared your burdens with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer these past days. Our hearts have been lifted on your behalf, asking the Lord to move the HOA to accept full financial responsibility for the common-element repairs as the findings clearly show. We’ve prayed that every board member would be given wisdom, integrity, and a deep sense of justice so that the right thing is done swiftly and completely.

At the same time, we’ve asked the Father to prepare and send the perfect tenant—someone who is responsible, financially stable, and respectful of your property. We’ve prayed that this person would be a graduate student with good credit, a clean record, and a kind heart, so that your home is cared for with the love it deserves. We trust that God knows exactly who that individual is and that He is already at work, drawing them to your doorstep at just the right time.
