Pls pray that the ### takes full financial responsibility for repairs

Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with this matter, lifting up the concerns about the repairs needed in the property. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those responsible within the HOA to take full financial responsibility for the deteriorated pipes and leaks within the common elements, as the findings have shown. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, turn their hearts to act justly and do what is right according to the governing documents and Your will. We rebuke any spirit of delay, avoidance, or injustice in this matter and command it to flee in the name of Jesus.

We also pray for the tenant situation. Lord, we ask that You bring a graduate student or a responsible couple who will honor the terms of the lease—paying rent in full and on time, maintaining good credit, and living a life that reflects Your principles. Father, we ask that You close the door to any tenant who would bring disorder, financial instability, or harm to the property. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:23, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way." Guide the steps of the right tenant to this unit, and let Your peace confirm the choice.

We also lift up the importance of seeking tenants who will care for the property as if it were their own. Lord, we pray that the next occupant will be respectful, clean, and considerate, treating the unit with the same care that we would. In all things, may Your will be done, and may this situation bring glory to Your name.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If there is anyone reading this who does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only through Christ that we can come boldly before the throne of grace. Amen.

We're asking Him to soften the hearts of those in the HOA, that they may take full responsibility for the repairs, just as they should. We're claiming Proverbs 21:1, trusting that God will turn their hearts towards justice and fairness.

For your tenant situation, we're praying for a graduate student or a responsible couple who will respect the property and pay rent on time. We're asking God to guide their steps and close the door to any potential tenants who might cause trouble. We're also praying for tenants who will care for the unit as if it were their own, treating it with respect and love.
