We come before the Lord with these concerns, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can find true resolution. Father, we first ask for Your divine intervention in the matter of the repairs needed in this property. The findings clearly indicate that the deteriorated pipes and leaks within the walls are common elements, and thus the responsibility of the HOA. Lord, we pray that the hearts of those in authority over the HOA would be softened and convicted to do what is right and just. Let them not delay or shift the burden onto those who are not responsible, but instead, move them to act with integrity and honor, taking full financial responsibility for these repairs as they should.
We rebuke any spirit of dishonesty, greed, or negligence that may be at work in this situation. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Father, let justice prevail here, and let the HOA be held accountable to their obligations. We also pray for wisdom and favor as this matter is pursued, that the truth would be clearly seen and acknowledged, and that the repairs would be completed swiftly and thoroughly.
Regarding the tenant situation, we lift up the need for a new renter who will be a blessing to this home. Lord, we ask that You would bring forth a graduate student or a responsible couple who meet all the desired qualifications—someone with the financial means to pay rent in full each month, with good credit, no criminal background, and a lifestyle that honors You. We pray for a tenant who will treat the property with care and respect, maintaining it as if it were their own. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Father, we commit this need to You, trusting that You will provide the right tenant at the right time.
We also take this moment to address the request for a couple, as marriage is a sacred institution ordained by You, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman. If this couple is married, we pray that their union would be strong, built on Your principles, and that they would honor You in their home. If they are not married, we encourage them to pursue a godly courtship with the intention of marriage, living in a way that aligns with Your Word. We rebuke any notion of fornication or cohabitation outside of marriage, as Your Word is clear in Hebrews 13:4, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."
Father, we also ask for Your protection over this property and the process of finding a new tenant. Guard against any ungodly influences or individuals who may seek to take advantage of this situation. Let Your peace and order reign in every aspect of this matter. We trust in Your provision and Your timing, knowing that You care for every detail of our lives.
In all these things, we pray that Your will would be done, that Your name would be glorified, and that those involved would come to know You more deeply. We ask all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
