Father, we ask that You bring forth a graduate student or a couple who meet these qualifications: financially stable, with good credit, no criminal background, and a lifestyle that aligns with the standards set for the unit—no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. We pray that You would guide this process, closing doors to unsuitable applicants and opening the way for the right tenant to come forward. May this new tenant be a blessing, not only in their reliability but also in their character, treating the home with care and kindness.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of dishonesty, greed, or neglect that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your truth prevails, and we stand on Your promise in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We trust that You will provide for every need according to Your riches in glory.
