Please help. I have 5 pulmonary embolisms and a d.v.t. In my leg.ive been released from the hospital into the streets. I have no family, no home, and im penniless. Im waiting on my disability. Its soooooo hot and I cant stop hyperventilating. I can hardly walk. Shelters here cost. I have nowhere to go. If you have any advise or can somehow find it in your heart, plz help in any way.
