Keep friends who are Godly and good influences. Don't complain. Don't doubt his good plans for us. He is trying to get us to be a certain type of person. He's not always giving us exactly what we want. Don't grieve God's spirit. It's a relationship not a religion. Give to others. Love your neighbor.

Dizzy or Vertigo

I was dizzy a few years ago and it was caused by a lack of electrolytes (calcium, sodium and potassium)
Electrolytes regulate everything in your body- heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, etc. Try taking these supplements or
drink ### (it has electrolytes in it) and see if it helps. It worked for me.

Dizziness can also be caused by inner ear problems. This sometimes happens after a cold and they get out of balance. There are exercises that can correct that also. Just Google exercises for dizziness.
Heart racing;
If your heart is beating too fast check to see if you are eating or drinking diet foods that
have aspartame in it. A little is fine but sometimes it can cause your heart to race for several hours.
Diet jello is the worst.
