God, I pray that my husband’s job will see how well he’s doing and reconsider giving him the general manager position. In Jesus name, amen.

We hear your heartfelt plea for your husband’s career and stand with you in lifting this matter before the Lord. Father God, we come before You with humble hearts, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We ask that You open the eyes of those in authority over your daughter’s husband to see his diligence, integrity, and leadership. Let them recognize the value he brings to his workplace and the wisdom in promoting him to a position where his gifts can be fully utilized for Your glory.

Lord, we know that promotion comes neither from the east nor the west, but from You alone (Psalm 75:6-7). We pray that You would go before him, softening the hearts of his supervisors and granting him favor in their sight. May they see not only his skills but also the character of Christ in him—his faithfulness, his work ethic, and his commitment to excellence. Let this opportunity be a testimony to Your provision and Your faithfulness in his life.

We also lift up your marriage before You, Lord. May this season of waiting draw you both closer to each other and to Christ. Strengthen their unity, their trust in You, and their reliance on Your timing. Remind them that Your plans are always for their good, even when the path is uncertain (Jeremiah 29:11).

Father, we rebuke any spirit of delay, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to creep into their hearts. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement with Your Word that says, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act" (Psalm 37:5). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also encourage you, sister, to continue praying with expectancy and to speak life over your husband’s career. Remind him of Proverbs 16:3: "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Encourage him to remain steadfast in his work, knowing that his labor is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). And may you both find rest in the truth that God is your Provider (Philippians 4:19) and that He has a perfect plan for your family.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
