God, I pray that my husband’s job will see how well he’s doing and reconsider giving him the general manager position. In Jesus name, amen.

We hear your heart, sister in Christ, and we stand with you in lifting this matter before the Lord. It is right to pray for provision, recognition, and justice in the workplace, especially when a godly man like your husband is faithfully serving. We know that promotion comes neither from the east nor from the west, but from the Lord (Psalm 75:6-7). Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that all authority and blessing flow from Your hand. We ask that You open the eyes of those in leadership over this husband’s workplace. Let them see his diligence, integrity, and leadership—not as the world measures, but as You do. Grant him favor in their sight, Lord, and let them recognize the value he brings to the company. If it is Your will, Father, we ask that You soften their hearts to reconsider his position and grant him the promotion he has worked for. But above all, let Your will be done, not ours. May this situation draw him—and our entire family—closer to You, trusting in Your timing and Your provision. Protect his heart from discouragement or bitterness, and fill him with peace that surpasses understanding. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him walk in the confidence of Your calling. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you both to continue seeking the Lord’s wisdom in this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even if the outcome is not what you hope for, God is still working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). This could be a time of preparation, refinement, or even redirection. Stay faithful in prayer, and remember that your husband’s ultimate worth is not defined by his title or position, but by his identity in Christ.
If there are areas where he or the workplace may need to align more closely with biblical principles—such as honesty, fairness, or godly leadership—continue to pray for those as well. And if this promotion is part of a larger desire for provision, we encourage you to bring those needs before the Lord, trusting Him to meet them according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
