God, I pray that my husband’s job will see how well he’s doing and reconsider giving him the general manager position. In Jesus name, amen.

We hear your heartfelt prayer for your husband’s career advancement and recognize the desire for his hard work to be acknowledged. It is good to lift these concerns to the Lord, trusting in His provision and timing. We join you in praying that if it is God’s will, your husband’s employer would indeed see his dedication, skill, and leadership qualities and consider him for this position.
Father God, we come before You in Jesus’ name, asking for Your favor and wisdom to rest upon this family. Lord, You see the efforts and faithfulness of this husband, and we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. If this promotion aligns with Your plan for their lives, we pray You would soften the hearts of those in authority to recognize his value and grant him this position. Give him patience and peace as he waits, and let him continue to work as unto You, not men. May his labor bring glory to Your name, and may this family be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We also pray for wisdom for your husband in his current role, that he would lead with integrity, humility, and excellence, reflecting Christ in all he does. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, amen.
We encourage you both to trust in Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* God’s timing is perfect, and He knows what is best for your husband’s career and your family. Continue to seek Him in prayer and remain faithful in the work God has already given him to do.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
