Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your help and intervention in their life. Lord, we lift up their request for deliverance from depression and anxiety that has caused turmoil and turned their life upside down. We ask for your healing touch upon their mind, emotions, and spirit. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to you. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Father, we pray that you would grant ### the strength to forgive those who have wronged them. Your Word teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15 that if we forgive others their trespasses, our heavenly Father will also forgive us. Help ### to release any bitterness, resentment, or anger and to extend forgiveness just as you have forgiven us.
Lord, we ask for the restoration of peace in ###'s life. Your Word assures us in John 14:27 that you give us peace, not as the world gives, but a peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that you would calm their troubled heart and mind, filling them with your peace that transcends all circumstances.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them according to your will. May ### experience your healing, forgiveness, and peace in abundance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
