We hear your deep longing for stability, joy, and godly companionship for yourself and your children. Your desire for a peaceful home, strong family bonds, and a man who will honor and cherish you is something we can lift up in prayer. However, we must first address some concerns with biblical truth and love.
First, we notice that while you mention the blood of Jesus at the end, your request does not fully center on Him as the source of your blessings. Scripture tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and all good things come from Him (James 1:17). We must seek Him first, not just the blessings He provides.
You express a desire for a "guy" to take care of you, but we must encourage you to seek a godly husband, a man who fears the Lord, leads with integrity, and honors marriage as a sacred covenant. Courtship should be pursued with the intention of marriage, not just companionship. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). However, we must rebuke any notion of secrecy or manipulation in relationships. God calls us to honesty, purity, and transparency. "The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22).
We also notice language that suggests a focus on "energy" and "uncommon favor," which can sometimes reflect a worldly mindset rather than a biblical one. Our trust must be in God’s sovereignty, not in our own efforts or supernatural forces. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Regarding your family, we rejoice in your love for your children and your desire for unity. However, we must gently remind you that children do not belong to us, they are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3). As parents, our role is to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4), not to control where they live or their life choices. We must release them to God’s will, trusting Him to guide their paths.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved and through whom we have access to You. Lord, we lift up this sister and her children to You. We ask that You would draw her heart closer to Yours, that she would seek You above all else. Father, we pray for a godly husband for her, a man after Your own heart, who will love her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). May their relationship be built on Your Word, purity, and mutual respect.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of manipulation, secrecy, or worldly thinking in her life. We declare that her mind is renewed by Your truth (Romans 12:2), and that she walks in the light of Your Word. We pray for her home, that it would be a place of peace, joy, and godly order. Bless her children, Lord, and guide them in Your ways. May their relationships be marked by love, respect, and open communication.
Father, we ask that You flip every negative situation for good, as You promise in Romans 8:28. Remove all stress, anxiety, and fear, and replace them with Your perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). Let her days and nights be filled with Your presence, joy, and purpose. May she find her ultimate happiness in You, for You are the source of all blessing.
We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that she walks in the favor and protection of the Lord. May her life reflect Your glory, and may she always give You the praise. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, seeking His will above your own desires. Surrender your plans to Him, and trust that He knows what is best for you and your family. If you have not already, we invite you to fully commit your life to Jesus Christ, acknowledging Him as your Lord and Savior. "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation for all true blessing and peace.
