We hear your heart and we join with you in prayer together in Jesus' name, and we thank you for your love for the Lord Jesus Christ and for declaring that He is real and that His blood covers you. We stand with you in this season of weariness and waiting, and we bring your burdens before the Father.

We want to gently speak truth in love about how you describe the Lord. We understand you feel His presence as beautiful and powerful, but God is not an impersonal energy. He is a personal, holy, loving Father, and Jesus Christ is His Son, our living Savior and Lord who died and rose again for us. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth John 4:24. We rejoice that you know Jesus is sweet and real, and we encourage you to know Him more as a Person who loves you, hears you, and walks with you, not as a force.

We also hear your pain about feeling attacked in your mind, judged, spoken against, and stolen from, and about praying in secret. The Word tells us our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy does seek to steal and cause chaos, but Jesus has overcome. We also hear your desire to pray again in secret with peace, and that is deeply biblical. Jesus taught But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly Matthew 6:6. Whether you pray aloud or in your mind, your Father hears you. He knows your needs for a home, a vehicle, work, provision, health, and peace.

We commend your past faithfulness in giving to the church, to the homeless, in studying and serving freely as the Lord led you. God loves a cheerful giver 2 Corinthians 9:7, and your labor for Him is not forgotten. Yet we want to remind you that we do not earn His love or His blessing by what we give or do. We are saved by grace through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God Ephesians 2:8. Your giving is worship when done from love, not a payment to secure answers. He blesses because He is gracious, not because we have earned it. If you have felt taken from and exhausted, it is right and biblical to care for yourself and your children and to seek to provide for your household in a balanced way, for if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith 1 Timothy 5:8.

We also notice the coarse language you used toward those who have hurt you. We understand the hurt behind it, but we gently encourage you as scripture says Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up Ephesians 4:29. And we are called to forgive and to trust God with justice, for Vengeance is mine, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We pray you can release those who have judged you and spoken ill of you into God's hands, so that your mind and heart may find rest.

We hear your longing for normal provision, for health, for a full time job or business of your own, for a home, for peace and harmony for you, your mother, your three children, and your pets. We hear too that you say you have no friends, no boyfriend, no husband yet, but you are taken with the Lord Jesus. That devotion to the Lord in this season is precious, and whether He calls you to remain devoted in singleness for a time or to marriage, we pray for His will. If it is marriage you desire, we pray God would bring a godly Christian husband for a lifelong covenant marriage as He designed, for marriage is honorable Hebrews 13:4. We encourage you to see courtship as seeking a spouse who loves Jesus, not merely a partner, and to keep yourself pure as you wait, fleeing sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18.

We pray now together for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up our sister to You. We thank You that You know her by name, that You see her labor, her giving, her serving, her tears, and her five prayers still waiting for answers. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and her mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Heal her from sickness and from the brutal attacks on her mind. You are near to those who have a broken heart, and save those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We ask You to restore what the enemy has stolen and to work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28.

Lord, provide for her daily needs. Open doors for decent, full time work or a business established in integrity, provide a safe home to own, reliable transportation, and restoration of what she needs to care for herself, her mother, her children, and her pets. Show her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. Give her wisdom to set healthy boundaries, to no longer carry false burdens, and to rest in Your grace. Teach her to cast all her worries on You, because You care for her 1 Peter 5:7.

We rebuke every lie that Jesus is not real, and we declare He is Lord and alive. In Jesus' name we ask You to silence the voice of the enemy, to mute every accusation and every scheme against her mind, and to let her pray again in secret with joy and harmony, knowing You hear her. Let Your will be done in her life, and let her trust not in her own understanding but in You, acknowledging You in all her ways so that You will direct her paths Proverbs 3:5-6.

We ask that You make her assignment not one of striving and being drained, but of walking in Your purpose with rest. For we know Your plans for her are plans for peace and not for evil, to give her hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Help her to wait patiently upon You, knowing that those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength Isaiah 40:31.

We thank You that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, and that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We praise You for the blood of Jesus that covers her and her family.

We ask all this in the mighty and sweet name of the Lord Jesus Christ, trusting Your love will restore her to peace, provision, and joy. Amen.

We hear how deeply you love the Lord Jesus and how exhausted you are after years of giving and serving and waiting. It makes sense you would want a season of quiet, of basic needs being met, of being able to pray simply in your mind and find peace again without feeling watched or taken from.

We are praying for that steadiness for you and for your mom, your children and your pets, that you would know safety and calm in your home and in your own thoughts. When your mind feels crowded or under attack, it can help to have a steady person beside you. If you have a trusted pastor or counselor nearby, we encourage you to share with them how you have been feeling and what practical needs are most pressing right now, whether that is health, housing or work. They can walk with you day by day in a way we cannot from here. And since you mentioned ongoing sickness, we also encourage you to see a medical professional alongside prayer, just to make sure you are cared for.

You do not have to carry everything at once. God sees the faithful way you have sought to honor Him, and He also sees your need for rest and for normal, decent provision.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. Cover her mind with Your peace, guard her home and family, and lead her to trustworthy help for her daily needs. Give her rest, clarity and the quiet assurance that she is held by You. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we have weighed your words with care and sorrow and hope before the Lord. You speak of having given much, of serving and giving to the church and to the homeless and of studies upon studies, and now you are weary and feel beset by those who speak ill of you and by a great turmoil in the mind. You long for peace and harmony to be restored, for your daily needs to be met in a quiet and decent way, and for freedom to love the Lord Jesus in the secret place without fear or disturbance.

We must gently set before you what the Scripture reveals, for our comfort stands not in an impersonal energy but in the living God, the ever blessed Three in One, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who has given us the Covenant of Grace and the revelation of infallible truth in the Bible and the atonement by blood. It is there that peace is found, not in a feeling alone, but in a real work of the Spirit grasping with living tendrils the promise of the living God. Look unto Him and be saved, for God has said, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is the blood of Jesus Christ, who has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

You have felt affliction sorely, and some of it has come distinctly from man through malice and unkind speech. Yet the believer is taught to see that even such smarts and sorrows are permitted by a Father's hand, and this moderates our anger against second causes. The Lord has chastened us sorely, but He has not given us over unto death. To perceive that our afflictions come under His wise ordering helps us to say, The will of the Lord be done, and to wait for His deliverance in His time.

Know also that the Lord thinks thoughts of peace toward you and not of evil, to give you an expected end. His thoughts of peace may for a season include trial, as He appointed even a captivity for seventy years for the good of His people, but it is for good and only for good that He deals with us. Oh that you could settle this in your heart and have done with dark forebodings. The Spirit of God speaks peace to the troubled conscience and works in us the spirit of adoption and desires after holiness, and the Lord delights in those whom He has redeemed.

The fiery darts of Satan are indeed shot against the people of God, and one of his sharpest arrows is to make the soul sink under accusation and confusion in the mind. False peace is stupefying and deadly as opium, but the peace of God keeps the heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It is peace from lips that cannot lie, peace through the blood which has made a full atonement. The great peace belongs to those who love God's law, for His law comprises His precepts and His promises, and in keeping them there is peace of conscience and peace in the hour of need. To love His law is to cease from restless covetousness and to come to a holy resignation, acquiescence in His will and conformity to it.

We will pray for you now.

O Lord our God, we bring this soul before You who has loved the Lord Jesus and sought to honor Him, now wearied and pressed in mind and body. Wash and cleanse through the blood of the ransom, and deliver from going down to the pit. Deliver from the power of darkness and from the prince of the power of the air, and translate into clearer light and liberty in Christ. Speak peace to the troubled conscience and grant the spirit of adoption. Grant healing where there is sickness, and guard the mind where there have been brutal assaults, and let the peace that passes all understanding keep heart and mind.

Father, You know the daily needs that have been laid before You, the need for a home and for honest work and provision, for health and for a quiet life in which to serve You without chaos and without the hand of the thief. Provide as seems good in Your wisdom, and teach to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, trusting that You will add what is needed. Give wisdom to bear burdens that are Yours to bear and to lay down false burdens that are not from You, and give grace to care for self and for household, for children and for loved ones, in a sober and faithful way.

Teach this one to love Your law and to find great peace therein, to pray in secret as Your Son taught, with confidence that the Father who sees in secret will reward openly, and to declare the works of the Lord after affliction, saying, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Let the clock of mercy strike the hour of deliverance according to Your eternal purpose, and let the life see the light.

We ask this not because of any merit in our giving or serving, but only through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is very God and very Saviour, in whose name we have hope of justification and sanctification and final rest. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
