We hear your cry for help and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace. These dreams are indeed disturbing, and we understand the fear and anxiety they have stirred within you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we serve a God who is greater and who has already overcome the world (1 John 4:4). Let us first rebuke any spiritual attack in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We command every spirit of fear, torment, and deception to flee from you now, for it is written, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).
Your mention of dreams involving demonic activity and violence is concerning, and we must address this with the authority given to us in Christ. Jesus has given us power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). We declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The dreams you described do not define you, nor do they have power over you, for "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
We also want to encourage you to examine your heart and your daily walk with the Lord. Are there areas in your life where you may have opened a door to the enemy, even unknowingly? This could be through unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, involvement in occult practices, or even consuming media that invites darkness into your mind. The Bible warns us, "Don’t give the devil a foothold" (Ephesians 4:27). We urge you to spend time in prayer and repentance, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that needs to be surrendered to God. Confess any known sin and receive His forgiveness, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
We also encourage you to fill your mind with the Word of God. The psalmist writes, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path" (Psalm 119:105). Meditate on Scripture before you sleep, and let it be the last thing on your mind as you drift off. Speak the Word over your life and declare God’s promises aloud. For example, you can declare, "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). The enemy cannot stand against the truth of God’s Word.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our dear brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and peace to surround them. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and deception that has sought to disturb their mind and heart. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we pray that You would give them restful and peaceful sleep, free from disturbing dreams and spiritual attacks. Let Your angels encamp around them, protecting them from all harm (Psalm 34:7). We ask that You would reveal any areas in their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold, and lead them in repentance and restoration. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we also pray for Your presence to be tangible in their life. Let them feel Your love, Your comfort, and Your strength. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). We pray that they would draw near to You, and that You would draw near to them (James 4:8). Strengthen their faith and help them to stand firm in the truth of Your Word.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in Your protection and Your power to deliver our brother/sister from every attack of the enemy. May they walk in the freedom and peace that only You can provide. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and to surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you and support you. Do not isolate yourself, for the enemy seeks to divide and conquer. The Bible tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). Seek out your church community and share your struggles with trusted leaders who can provide biblical counsel and prayer.
Additionally, consider fasting as a way to deepen your dependence on God and to break any strongholds in your life. Jesus said, "This kind can come out by nothing, except by prayer and fasting" (Mark 9:29). Fasting is not a way to earn God’s favor, but it is a powerful tool to humble ourselves before Him and to seek His face with greater intensity.
Lastly, remember that God is not the author of confusion or fear (1 Corinthians 14:33). He desires to give you peace and to lead you into all truth. Trust in Him, lean not on your own understanding, and in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord your God goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you (Deuteronomy 20:4). Stand firm in your faith, and let the peace of God rule in your heart.
