My marriage and separation from my wife has been one of the hardest times of my life. This is a long request, but I really need your help here and truly believe that prayer can help so much.
My name is ### and I know that Jesus, the son of God, is the truth and that he can perform miracles! So a little backstory first:
My wife ###, who is an atheist, was divorced by her first husband before we met. ### and I got together and ended up getting married, but I am not sure if our marriage is continuous adultery against God or if our marriage is legit and if we are meant to be together as husband and wife until death do us part as we vowed. Her ex-husband is still alive. ### and I ended up having a tough marriage, and part of it was because I became a Christian and became more conservative as I realized the truth of Jesus Christ. My wife ### is separated from me in another state and is having an affair. She wants a divorce and this whole experience has really been painful. This is what I would really appreciate your prayer for:
1) Please pray for me to know whether I should be divorced or remain married to my wife who was previously divorced before our current marriage and for my strength to do what is right by the lord.
2) Pray that the lord will soften ###'s heart and reveal himself to her so that she may fully repent of her sins and seek the lord's will.
3) Pray that ### will leave her current adulterous relationship she's in and that she does what's right according to God's will for her, whether that be for her to stay single or for her to come back to me if we are truly married in God's eyes.
