drink a lot of clean water and stop drinking any and all dark liquids...the dark dye in liquids r very bad for ur kidneys...been there and have had kidney surgery..God bless u and i pray it be His will to heal u of ur kidney problems and rid u of all the horrific pain ones bad kidneys can cause....the only pain known to man worse than kidney pains is child birth i was told that by the doctor that performed surgery on me for my kidney problems God bless u ijna
