We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We rejoice with you that you are born again and that after about forty years of being backslidden you are now back in fellowship with God. We praise the Lord with you for His mercy and grace, and we cling to the truth of Romans 8:1 that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus and 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us.
We have continued to lift up your physical and mental health before the Lord. We have been praying for the pain you are carrying, for the weariness you described when you said you are tired of being in pain and tired of being tired, and for the financial burden of being broke, all of which you shared are the result of many years of alcohol use. We ask God to bring healing to your body and peace to your mind, for His Word says in Psalm 103:3 that He forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases and in Matthew 11:28 that we can come to Him when we are weary and burdened and He will give us rest. We also pray that He will provide for your financial needs according to Philippians 4:19 and give you strength daily as promised in Isaiah 40:29. Above all we join you in praying that Gods will be done in your life.
