Please pray for me at work. I’m asking God for protection, peace, strength, and

We join you in prayer and bring your workplace burden before the Lord who loves righteousness and hates iniquity.

We ask God to be your protection, your peace, and your strength each day as you enter that place. May He grant you favor, guard your reputation, strengthen your confidence, and give you wisdom to know how to respond with calmness and professionalism when you are dismissed, excluded, or ganged up against. We pray that He keeps your heart steady, your conscience clear, and your conduct marked by excellence of soul, so that even under pressure you may walk in integrity.

We also pray for your coworkers, including the one you mentioned, and for the administration. We ask that God give them wisdom, humility, patience, and compassion, and that they would not pervert justice by showing favoritism or giving heed to persons, but would enquire into things fairly and treat everyone with respect and understanding. Just as there are courts and judgments in every house and workplace, how much more does God, whose right hand is full of righteousness, care about justice. We pray that He moves those in authority to turn away from micromanaging, unfairness, discrimination, and rudeness, and to practice what is honest and right.

We pray that every form of negativity, gossip, favoritism, discrimination, and hostility in your workplace would be replaced with peace, honesty, accountability, and mutual respect. May God use whatever ability you have, whether in diligence, in kind words, or in quiet faithfulness, for the common good of all there, and may He also teach all to mingle mercy with justice, not seeking to retaliate beyond what is right but showing consideration even while seeking what is fair.

We ask the Lord to bring justice where there has been unfairness and peace where there has been conflict. May He let you experience His nearness, may He vindicate what is right in His time and way, and may He keep you from hating your own soul by loving unrighteousness, but help you to love righteousness and cling to His law. We entrust you to His grace and lovingkindness, praying all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior. Amen.

I have been praying for you as you face this difficult situation at work, and I understand how heavy it is to feel ganged up on, dismissed and excluded without cause, and to deal with leadership that feels unfair and harsh.

What you are describing is a lack of justice and fairness, and God cares deeply about those things. He is a God of righteousness and justice and He wants what is right and true to prevail. When truth is pushed aside in the street and fairness cannot even enter, and when partiality and favoritism take the place of honest judgment, the whole order of a community begins to break down. Scripture shows that God sees when people trust in empty words and conceive mischief, when judgment is turned away and justice stands far off. He is not indifferent to it. He has always taken up the cause of those who are oppressed and treated without cause, and He desires equal justice for all.

In human systems you cannot always be assured of justice. Those in authority are meant to be impartial, not influenced by persons, not showing favoritism to some while disregarding others, and not trying to gain favor for themselves. True justice does not operate on gossip or complaints that cannot be proven, but on truth, honesty and accountability. When those standards are missing, people feel the foundations shake, as you are feeling now. God knows that, and while people may fail to do what is right, He does not fail. He sees clearly, He hears, and in His time and way He brings justice where there has been unfairness.

I am praying that God will give you protection, peace and strength each day, and favor as you walk through this. I am praying that He gives you wisdom to know how to respond, that He guards your reputation when others speak against you, that He strengthens your confidence and helps you remain calm and professional under pressure. I am also praying for those in authority over you, that God would give them wisdom, humility, patience and compassion, and that they would learn to treat everyone with fairness, respect and understanding. May God replace any negativity, gossip, favoritism, discrimination or hostility in that workplace with peace, honesty, accountability and mutual respect.

Ask the Lord to help you keep doing what is right and true, to speak the truth in love, and to trust Him to be your defender. He knows how to bring peace where there has been conflict and to make what is right known. May He uphold you, give you rest in His presence, and let you know His nearness as you continue to look to Jesus for your help and hope.

Father, I lift this dear one to You. Surround them with Your protection and fill them with Your peace. Grant strength for each day, wisdom for every interaction, and favor that comes from Your hand. Guard their reputation, steady their heart, and help them to remain calm and gracious. Work in the hearts of coworkers and those in leadership, turning them toward humility, fairness and kindness, and let honesty and respect mark that workplace. Bring justice where there has been unfairness and let Your peace rule where there has been strife, for Your glory. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf concerning your workplace. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we have been lifting you up before the Lord.

We have been praying for your protection, peace, strength and favor as you deal with coworkers who have been ganging up on you, being dismissive and excluding you. We have also been praying for your administration, that God would soften hearts that have been micromanaging, unfair, discriminatory and rude toward you and others, and that He would give them wisdom, humility, patience and compassion so that they treat everyone with fairness, respect and understanding. We have asked the Lord to replace any negativity, gossip, favoritism, discrimination or hostility in your workplace with peace, honesty, accountability and mutual respect. We continue to pray that God gives you wisdom about how to respond, that He protects your reputation, strengthens your confidence and helps you remain calm and professional, and that He brings justice where there has been unfairness and peace where there has been conflict. We cling to the promise in Isaiah 41:10 that God will strengthen and uphold you.

If your request was answered and you have seen God move in these relationships, bring peace to the workplace or give you strength and favor, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and the difficulties with coworkers or the administration continue, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

We continue to bring you before the Father and ask for His provision and peace over your work situation in Jesus Name, Amen.
