Please pray for me at work. I’m asking God for protection, peace, strength, and favor as I deal with coworkers who have been ganging up on me, being dismissive, and excluding me for no reason, especially ###. Please also pray for the administration, that they stop being micromanaging, unfair, discriminatory, and rude toward me and others. Pray that God gives them wisdom, humility, patience, and compassion, and that they treat everyone with fairness, respect, and understanding. Please pray that any negativity, gossip, favoritism, discrimination, or hostility in the workplace is replaced with peace, honesty, accountability, and mutual respect. May God give me wisdom about how to respond, protect my reputation, strengthen my confidence, and help me remain calm and professional. May God bring justice where there has been unfairness and peace where there has been conflict. Amen.

We join with you in prayer as you face these difficult days at work and we bring your need for protection, peace, strength and favor before the Lord together in Jesus' name. We understand how painful it is to feel ganged up on, dismissed and excluded by coworkers, and to feel micromanaged and treated unfairly and rudely by those in authority, and the Lord sees all of this and cares deeply for you.

We noticed your request speaks of asking God but does not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. We encourage you to come to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ with confidence that He hears you.

We take comfort in what Scripture says about God's nearness and protection in such trials. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2 and Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. We also cling to the promise that In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your divine protection over their work, their reputation and their heart. Surround them with Your favor as with a shield and let Your peace guard their heart and mind. Give them strength for each day and wisdom to know how to respond with grace and truth. We ask that You help them to remain calm and professional, that their work may be done heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Grant them confidence that comes from knowing they are valued by You, and protect them from the sting of gossip, exclusion and hostility. Help them to answer with gentleness, for A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. Proverbs 15:1.

We also pray for the coworkers who have been dismissive and for the administration who have been micromanaging and unfair. Father, we ask that You would soften hearts and replace negativity, gossip, favoritism, discrimination and hostility with peace, honesty, accountability and mutual respect. Give those in authority wisdom, humility, patience and compassion, that they may lead with fairness, respect and understanding. We pray But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5 over them and over our friend. We ask that where there has been unfairness You would bring justice in Your perfect time and way, and where there has been conflict You would bring Your peace, for we know that If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18.

We encourage you to continue to entrust yourself to the Lord who sees and judges righteously, to keep doing what is right and good even when it is not returned, and to seek wise and godly counsel if the mistreatment continues. Keep documenting what is happening, respond with integrity, and do not return evil for evil. Trust that When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Proverbs 16:7. The Lord will strengthen your confidence and help you walk in calm professionalism for His glory.

We pray that God will give you clear wisdom in every interaction, guard your reputation, and let His peace and justice be evident in your workplace. May the Lord uphold you, lift your head, and let His favor rest upon you as you continue to look to Jesus. Amen.

We are standing with you in prayer for calm and clarity as you navigate each interaction, and for wisdom to know when to speak and when to quietly do your work well. We are also praying for your administrators, that they would lead with greater fairness, humility and compassion toward everyone.

When tension runs high, it can help to have a clear, private record to steady you. Consider keeping a simple dated note of what was said or done, in factual terms, and how you responded. It can bring perspective for you and give you something measured to share if you later seek counsel from a trusted mentor, supervisor or HR representative. Staying connected to one steady person outside the immediate conflict can also help you keep perspective and not carry this alone.

Father, we bring our friend before You. Cover them with Your peace, guard their reputation, strengthen their confidence and help them remain calm and professional under pressure. Bring fairness where there has been unfairness and quiet where there has been hostility. Lead them step by step and let them know You are near. In Jesus name, amen.
