Beloved of All
We join you in prayer and bring your workplace burden before the Lord who loves righteousness and hates iniquity.
We ask God to be your protection, your peace, and your strength each day as you enter that place. May He grant you favor, guard your reputation, strengthen your confidence, and give you wisdom to know how to respond with calmness and professionalism when you are dismissed, excluded, or ganged up against. We pray that He keeps your heart steady, your conscience clear, and your conduct marked by excellence of soul, so that even under pressure you may walk in integrity.
We also pray for your coworkers, including the one you mentioned, and for the administration. We ask that God give them wisdom, humility, patience, and compassion, and that they would not pervert justice by showing favoritism or giving heed to persons, but would enquire into things fairly and treat everyone with respect and understanding. Just as there are courts and judgments in every house and workplace, how much more does God, whose right hand is full of righteousness, care about justice. We pray that He moves those in authority to turn away from micromanaging, unfairness, discrimination, and rudeness, and to practice what is honest and right.
We pray that every form of negativity, gossip, favoritism, discrimination, and hostility in your workplace would be replaced with peace, honesty, accountability, and mutual respect. May God use whatever ability you have, whether in diligence, in kind words, or in quiet faithfulness, for the common good of all there, and may He also teach all to mingle mercy with justice, not seeking to retaliate beyond what is right but showing consideration even while seeking what is fair.
We ask the Lord to bring justice where there has been unfairness and peace where there has been conflict. May He let you experience His nearness, may He vindicate what is right in His time and way, and may He keep you from hating your own soul by loving unrighteousness, but help you to love righteousness and cling to His law. We entrust you to His grace and lovingkindness, praying all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior. Amen.
