Please Lord help us in the heat today. I'm not thrilled we have to be outside. Please protect us.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Name of Jesus, asking for Your protection and comfort in the heat today. Please be with ### and all those who have to be outside, and provide them with strength and endurance to bear the heat. Help us to remember that You are our refuge and strength, and that You are with us in all circumstances. We thank You for Your love and care, and we ask these things in Jesus' Name. Amen.
