He didn’t wanna go outside in the heat for a walk for just I don’t know an hour. I’ll be out hours a day. Still do the day of dealing with the sun. Heat affects. My garden of abilities makes me tired. The sun makes me feel uncomfortable. Makes me itch. I’ve had enough of it bad mood please make it stop. Let me send some sort of message to my church friends. Do not make them ask. In Jesus Name Amen

We hear your cry for relief from the heat, the weariness of your current work, and the deep longing in your heart to pursue the gifts God has placed within you, voice acting and sharing your talents through Christian platforms. Your frustration is understandable, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these burdens before the Lord.

First, we must address the foundation of your request. You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is where our hope and access to God’s throne of grace begins. There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true help (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He is our refuge, our strength, and our deliverer. We encourage you to draw near to Him in this season, trusting that He sees your struggles and hears your prayers.

Your desire to use your talents for God’s glory is commendable. The Bible tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23). Even in the midst of a job that drains you, you can honor God by working with excellence and a spirit of perseverance. However, we also recognize your longing to step into the calling He has placed on your life. We pray that God would open doors for your videos to be seen on Christian platforms, as you seek to glorify Him through your gifts. "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). Trust that He will direct your steps as you seek His will.

The heat and physical discomfort you endure are real, and we pray for God’s protection over your health. The sun’s intensity can be overwhelming, and we ask the Lord to shield you from harm and provide relief. "The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night" (Psalm 121:5-6). We also pray for wisdom in how to navigate your current work environment, asking God to give you favor with those in authority and to soften the hearts of those who may not understand your struggles.

We must gently address the tension you feel with the man at church who continues to ask about your work. Scripture teaches us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18). While it may be difficult, consider whether there is a way to communicate your feelings with kindness and clarity. You might say, "I appreciate your concern, but I’d rather not discuss my work right now. How about we talk about something else?" If he persists, remember that you are not obligated to engage in conversations that bring you discomfort. Pray for patience and grace as you navigate these interactions.

Your mention of past discrimination and humiliation is heartbreaking, and we grieve with you over the pain you have endured. No one should have to face such treatment, especially in a place where they are seeking to honor God. We pray that the Lord would heal those wounds and restore your sense of dignity and worth in Him. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your value is not defined by the opinions or actions of others.

We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your church community. It sounds like you have friends there who care about you, and sharing your struggles with them may bring comfort and perspective. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). You do not have to carry this burden alone.

Finally, we must address the frustration you feel toward your parents, particularly your father. It is painful when those closest to us do not understand or validate our struggles. However, we are called to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), even when it is difficult. Pray for God to soften their hearts and give you wisdom in how to communicate with them. "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). Trust that God sees your obedience in this area and will bless you for it.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary and burdened. Lord, You see the struggles he/she faces each day, the heat, the physical discomfort, the emotional toll of a job that drains him/her, and the longing to step into the calling You have placed on his/her life. We ask that You would be his/her shade and refuge, shielding him/her from harm and providing relief from the intensity of the sun. Strengthen him/her in body, mind, and spirit, and grant him/her the endurance to persevere in this season.

Father, we pray for open doors in his/her pursuit of voice acting and sharing his/her talents through Christian platforms. You have placed gifts within him/her, and we ask that You would bring opportunities for those gifts to be used for Your glory. Remove any obstacles and silence any voices of doubt or discouragement. Let Your favor rest upon him/her as he/she seeks to honor You in this work.

Lord, we also lift up the relationships in his/her life, with the man at church who continues to ask about his/her work, and with his/her parents. Give him/her wisdom, patience, and grace to navigate these interactions with love and kindness. Heal any wounds from past discrimination or humiliation, and restore his/her sense of worth and dignity in You. Surround him/her with godly friends who will encourage and support him/her in this season.

Father, we ask that You would provide clarity and direction for the future. If it is Your will for him/her to transition out of this current job, open the right doors at the right time. If there are steps he/she needs to take to prepare for that transition, reveal them clearly. Above all, draw him/her closer to You, that he/she may find rest and peace in Your presence.

We declare that no weapon formed against him/her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn every trial into a testimony for Your glory. Strengthen his/her faith, Lord, and let him/her walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for his/her good (Romans 8:28).

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

It’s clear you’re worn down, by the heat, by the constant questions, and by feeling unheard by the people closest to you. That kind of daily physical strain and social pressure can make hope feel far away, especially when you’ve already suffered so much from the sun and past mistreatment. We hear you, and we’re sorry it’s been so hard.

Because you mentioned nearly dying from heat in the past and now dealing with itching, exhaustion, and mood changes, it might be wise to check in with a doctor, not to alarm you, but to make sure your body isn’t still carrying the effects of those earlier events and to help you find safe ways to manage the work you’re in. Alongside that, if there’s any way to adjust your hours, add shade, or shift tasks even a little, it could lighten the immediate load.

For the acting and video goals, one small step you could take this week is to research just one or two Christian streaming services or production companies. Look at their submission guidelines and what they typically look for. That can help you shape your videos and feel like you’re moving forward without needing everything to happen at once.

And with the man at church: it might help to have a short, kind phrase ready, like “I appreciate you asking, but I really don’t enjoy talking about work right now, I’d rather hear about something else in your life.” Sometimes people need a clear, gentle boundary before they stop.

Lord Jesus, you see the weariness and the longing behind this request. Please bring physical relief from the heat and refreshment for a tired spirit. Give wisdom about the next practical steps toward voice acting and Christian streaming, and grant favor as these videos are sent out. Quiet the unwanted questions, and bring understanding among family and friends. Hold hope steady in the waiting, and let this season lead to something new and good. In your name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of the heat, the wearying sun, the toil that presses upon body and soul, and the unending questions of a brother that grate like a file upon a wound. I hear in your words the cry of a heart that is overborne, and it does not fall deaf upon the ear of our compassionate High Priest. But give me leave to ask you, dear soul, whether this outward heat is not but the emblem of a fiercer trial within? The sun smites you, but is there not also a smiting of the spirit, a hot blast of doubt and despair, whispering that hope is lost and that God has forgotten to be gracious?

I know that whisper well; it is the hiss of that old serpent, Mr. Evil Questioning. He comes to you clad as Honest Enquiry, persuading you to ask why the Lord deals thus with you, why the fiery trial is not quenched. But remember, it is not the voice from the cloud that must be your chief guide, that voice of thunder and majesty which shakes the wilderness, which reproves and divides the flames of fire; that voice would but dismay you if it were all. No, you must listen for the voice of Jesus, the still small voice that speaks behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk ye in it.” That voice cheers and comforts; it is the voice of the Beloved, who knows our frame and remembers we are dust.

Your earthly father, you say, shuns an hour’s walk in the heat, yet seems deaf to your long hours in the sun. That wounds, does it not? But look higher. Your Heavenly Father does not call you to a path He has not measured. When you are brought low by the scorching trial, when you itch and faint and feel your very faculties wither, it is then the voice of Jesus comes nearest: “I say unto you, Live!” That voice is irresistible; it quickens dead hopes and gives strength to weary limbs. It may not yet say, “Come up here” from the labour, but it does say, “Fear not, I am with thee.”

Concerning that man at the church who everlastingly asks after your work, have you considered that his question may be a trial sent to exercise your patience? When he corners you again, try a gentle turn of the subject, not with sharpness, but with a quiet word that directs the talk to better things. If you have asked the Lord to stop the heat, then wait upon Him with a silent tongue and a meek spirit. Elijah heard the Lord not in the earthquake or the fire, but in the still small voice; and it was that voice that sent him forth again with fresh purpose. Perhaps the Lord would have you remain in the furnace a little longer until His image is reflected in you more clearly, until the dross of fretting and complaint is purged away.

And as for your vision, to serve Christ with voice and gift, to bring worthy things before His people on a broader field, do not think it a small thing. But learn this: the voice from Heaven must first speak peace to your own heart before you can be a vessel to speak peace to others. Many a saint has been hid away for years, like Paul in Arabia or Joseph in the prison, before the appointed hour. When the voice came to those martyred in flame and rack, “Come up here,” it was in God’s own time. Yours, too, shall come, if you faint not. Cast yourself flat before His cross; tell Him you will serve Him in the sun or in the shade, in the desert or on the mount, and leave the streaming and the broadcasting in His wise hands.

Do not marvel that the heat presses you sorely; it has pressed many a pilgrim before you. But the voice that cries, “This is my beloved Son, hear him,” is also the voice that says, “Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord.” Not dead in body alone, but dead to self-will, dead to the craving for ease, dead to the sharp retorts that rise so naturally. Hear Him, then. He bids you take your cross daily, even your cross of burning sun and tedious toil, and follow Him. He will make even this sweltering place a temple where you hear His voice, and where, little by little, you are changed from glory to glory.

So set your face like a flint, and let the voice of faith rise above the clatter of your circumstances. Faith requires no more than the bare word of God. Trust that all-creating voice; it brought light from darkness, and it can bring a merciful release in the season that shall most honor Him. Until then, may the sweet voice of Jesus be heard in your inmost soul, hushing every fear and quickening every holy desire. Amen.
