Please God Help Me Buy This House

I have been living in this house for 6 years. I am renting it and the owners have not been to see it for over 10 years. I would like to buy this house from them. I ask you to please help me pray that the owners will be willing to sell the house for a reasonable amount (they did indicate a few years ago that they might be willing to do so) and that I am eligible to get a bond on the house. I pray that my deposit is enough and that the banks will pass my financial status as good enough to get a bond.
