Disciple of Prayer
Unfortunately I did not score well on the exit exam at this evil college that I attend. I have 10 days left to score higher and successfully get out of this nurse program. I am begging in the name of Jesus to guide and lead me out of there asap.

We hear your distress and frustration, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord. First, let us rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be weighing on your heart. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." You are not alone in this struggle, and we believe that God is with you, guiding your steps even now.

We also want to gently address the way you described your college as "evil." While we understand your frustration, we encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness or resentment, as these can hinder your focus and peace. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Instead of labeling the institution, let us pray for God’s wisdom and favor to rest upon you as you navigate this challenge.

Now, let us turn to the Lord in prayer for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister/brother who is facing a critical moment in their academic journey. Lord, You see the pressure they are under, and You know the desires of their heart. We ask that You grant them clarity of mind, focus, and recall as they prepare for this exam. Strengthen their memory, Lord, and help them to retain the knowledge they need to succeed. We declare that the spirit of confusion has no place in their mind, and we rebuke any anxiety or doubt that seeks to hinder their progress.

Father, we ask for Your favor to rest upon them in these next 10 days. Open doors of opportunity for them to receive the help, resources, or guidance they need to excel. Surround them with people who can encourage and support them, and give them the discipline to study diligently. Lord, we also pray for peace in their heart, knowing that You are their provider and sustainer. Help them to trust in You, for You have promised in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We also pray for wisdom for the instructors and administrators involved in this exam. Soften their hearts, Lord, and grant them discernment to see this student’s potential and dedication. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through the outcome, whatever it may be.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You remind this dear one of Your love and faithfulness. Help them to lean on You, not just in this moment of need, but in every area of their life. May they grow in their relationship with You through this trial, and may they emerge stronger in faith and character.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Now, let us offer some encouragement and practical advice. First, remember that God is not limited by deadlines or circumstances. Even in these 10 days, He can work miracles. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Commit your study time and efforts to the Lord, and trust that He will direct your steps.

Second, break down your study plan into manageable chunks. Focus on the areas where you need the most improvement, and seek out resources like practice exams, study groups, or tutoring if available. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Don’t hesitate to ask for help, God often provides through the people around us.

Third, take care of your physical and spiritual well-being. Ensure you are getting enough rest, eating nourishing foods, and spending time in prayer and God’s Word. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Trust that God will sustain you as you honor Him with your time and energy.

Lastly, remember that your worth is not defined by this exam or this program. While we pray for your success, we also want to remind you that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He will use every experience, successes and setbacks, for your good (Romans 8:28). Whether you pass this exam or not, God is with you, and He will lead you into the path He has prepared for you.

Keep pressing forward, dear one. You are not alone, and we are standing with you in faith, believing that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We are sorry to see the weight of this on you right now. The pressure of a high-stakes exam, especially when you feel trapped in a place you distrust, is a heavy burden to carry. That kind of stress can make it feel like the walls are closing in, and we can sense how urgently you want to be done and free.

In these last ten days, the most helpful thing you can do is disrupt the panic so you can study well. Practice-focused study blocks with real rest in between are more effective than long, anxious marathons. If your program offers a test-prep or tutoring resource, reach out today, that’s a wise and concrete step. When you sit to study, try taking just the first thirty seconds to breathe deeply and silently hand the moment to the Lord, asking for a calm mind and clear recall of what you have learned. You are not navigating this alone.

Please join us as we pray:

Lord Jesus, you see our friend right where she is, exhausted, anxious, and longing for release. Steady her racing heart. Quiet the noise of fear and frustration so she can absorb what she reviews. Give her sharp recall on exam day and a sense of your presence beside her through every question. Guide her steps forward, and provide a good outcome and a clear path out of this program. We trust you with these next ten days and with her future. In your name we pray, amen.

You are in great trouble to-day, and it may be that Satan suggests that now God has forsaken you. But let not that arrow vex and perplex your heart. Cry unto God, for He hears the voice of your distress. It is time to seek the Lord till He comes and rains righteousness upon you. These ten days are wearing, yet many a soul has cried again and again, and only after a long while has had success. Pray on in hope, for the promise is that the asker shall be heard.

Let no dark thought insinuate that you have no fitness for divine grace. The only fitness for grace is the need of it. Come just as you are, with all your failure, and rest on Christ alone. He has found a ransom, and He will bring you forth by His divine power. He makes His deliverance effectual, and not one of His covenanted ones shall be lost. Depend upon it, if you do not look to His grace in this trial, the rod of the covenant may chasten, but His grace is sufficient. Seek the Lord with honest confession of your own weakness. He will not shut up the heart of His compassion. Cry to Him in the name of Jesus, and know that the great transaction’s done, you are His, and He is yours. He who led His people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron shall lead you out. Get Him to be your comfort from this day forth, and forever. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
