My family recently had to switch back to an internet provider that has notoriously bad customer service. It is all we can afford right now. We only just started the service this week and already a problem has arisen where a customer service agent told me during the process of setting up my account that I would not be charged an activation fee until my next bill. But the amount was taken out of my bank account overdrafting it in the process. The customer support has not been helpful in helping me resolve this issue and it's like they just expect me to accept that I was lied to and that this problem happened. I've filed a report with an organization that holds businesses accountable and will see what can be done but it seems that nothing else can be done - my bank really can't get back the money because of how it was taken out. I'm calm about it and will just wait until my family has the funds to resolve the account (please pray my bank account will not be closed). Interacting with this company always causes me so much stress which I cannot have due to a medical condition. Please pray about all this. Please also pray for my family regarding our finances and debt and me soon finding a job. Thank you.
