We join you in agreement before the Father for a new home that is fully in His perfect will, and we thank Him with you that His favor is a good thing that brings peace to you, your mom, your three children, and even your beloved pets including your two cats. We rejoice that you are covering all of this with the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We love your heart to declare good things and to trust God for extraordinary favor and increase. We want to gently encourage you that our confidence is not in the power of our own words to speak things into existence, but in the power and sovereignty of God who hears us when we ask according to His will. As it is written, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us, 1 John 5:14. And we are reminded, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6. We do not command God for a hundredfold return, but we humbly ask Him to bless as He sees best, knowing that Jesus said those who sacrifice for Him will receive a hundred times more in this time, and in the world to come eternal life, Mark 10:30, and that true blessing is first spiritual and eternal.
We also join you in praying for a godly spouse, your Boaz. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we pray that if it is God's will for you to be married, He will bring a faithful Christian man who will love you as Christ loves the church, as Boaz loved and honored Ruth and provided for her and covered her in integrity. We encourage you to seek marriage that honors God, with courtship that is pure and centered on Christ, looking for a spouse rather than simply a partner, and keeping yourself from fornication outside of marriage, for marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled, Hebrews 13:4. We pray for a relationship that is built on godliness, provision, protection, and faithfulness.
We are encouraged by your desire for peace in your household. The Lord cares for every detail of our lives, and He cares for His creation. We pray for that peace to guard your home.
We pray together now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You with thanksgiving for our sister and her family. We ask that Your will be done concerning a new home for her, her mom, her three children and their pets. Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain, Psalm 127:1, so we ask You to build and establish this home Yourself. Let it be a place of peace, safety, and rest, where Your presence dwells. Let Your extraordinary favor rest upon this household, for You give grace and glory. No good thing will You withhold from those who walk blamelessly, Psalm 84:11. We ask that You provide supernaturally according to Your riches and wisdom, and that You teach her to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things will be given to her as well, Matthew 6:33.
Lord, we lift up the desire for a godly husband if it is Your will. Prepare her heart and prepare the heart of a man after Your own heart, a man of character and faith like Boaz, who will lead her family well, love her children, and honor You in marriage. Keep them both pure and guard them until that covenant day if You ordain it. We pray for her mom and her three children, that You would bless them, draw them closer to Jesus, and let them know the delight of trusting You, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, Psalm 37:4. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.
We thank You for the blood of Jesus that covers this family and seals every prayer. We trust not in our declarations but in Your faithful love and Your perfect plan, for we know Your thoughts toward us are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11. We ask all of this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, amen.
