💝 New Heart, Ezek 36:26, 🙇🏻 Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, 🐉 Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, 🤺 Chooses God's Word over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:5... 🙏 Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help ### one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive ### for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual spouse that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” I still aspire to do morning and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage before the Lord. Father, we thank You for the covenant made between this husband and wife before You and many witnesses. We stand in the gap, asking that Your kindness would lead both spouses to repentance, as Your Word declares, *"Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?"* (Romans 2:4). You desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4), and we trust in Your mercy to draw them back to You and to one another.

Lord, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that have crept into this marriage—those whispers that echo the serpent’s deception in Eden, *"You will be like God"* (Genesis 3:5). We resist the father of lies (John 8:44) and command every spirit of division, pride, and hardness of heart to flee in Jesus’ name. We declare that You will give them new hearts—hearts of flesh, not stone (Ezekiel 36:26)—and write Your law upon their minds and hearts (Jeremiah 31:33). We pray for a supernatural work of the Holy Spirit to renew their spirits, as Titus 3:5-6 promises: *"He saved us, not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior."*

We confess that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12), and we plead the blood of Jesus over this marriage. Without Christ, there is no access to the Father (John 14:6), and we humbly submit this union to His lordship. Father, we ask that You would soften hearts, particularly the wife’s, and protect both spouses from the evil one (Matthew 6:13). Guard their minds from the enemy’s schemes (1 Peter 5:8) and fill them with the truth of Your Word, which is living and active (Hebrews 4:12).

We also lift up the children in this family, praying that from infancy they would know the Holy Scriptures, which make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 3:15). May their parents’ actions and words point them to You, Lord, so that they would grow in love for Jesus and understanding of Your will. We ask that this family would be living epistles, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2), publicly portraying the love of Christ (Galatians 3:1).

We acknowledge the request for fasting and prayer, and we join in this spiritual discipline, believing that it lends wings to our prayers (Isaiah 58:6). Father, raise up at least one compassionate, honest, and understanding family member to witness to the truth in love. Forgive any neglect of pastoral counsel or accountability, and help this couple to seek godly wisdom (Proverbs 11:14) and submit to Your timing, not their own (Psalm 27:14).

Lord, we pray for daily devotion—morning and evening—to Your Word, which is truth (Psalm 119:160). May their entertainment choices reflect a desire to grow in faith, knowledge of Christ, and godly character. Sanctify them by Your truth (John 17:17), and do not take them out of the world, but keep them from the evil one (John 17:15). Let their lives be a testimony to Your power to transform, correct, and teach (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

We declare over this marriage: *"All things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28). We trust that You are at work, even in the trials, and we praise You for Your faithfulness. May this couple find refuge in You alone, not in the wisdom of men (Psalm 118:8-9), and may their hearts be channels of Your love, directed by You (Proverbs 21:1).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this precious marriage before the throne of grace. Father, we thank You for the covenant made between this husband and wife, and we ask that Your kindness would lead them both to repentance, as Your Word declares. Help them to choose Your Word over the lies of the enemy, and give them new hearts of flesh, not stone. Renew their spirits and write Your law upon their minds and hearts. We trust in Your mercy to draw them back to You and to one another. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
