💝 New Heart, Ezek 36:26, 🙇🏻Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, Chooses God's Word over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:5... 🙏Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Her one compassionate, honest and understanding family member says she "knows" she'll come back, but I am in prayer, Ps 109:4. The pastors have been calling her -- as of yet, she hasn't responded. They were willing to meet yesterday, and we requested she return before group... But God works all things after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing... It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. In God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4.. If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” Help us have beginning of day and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.

“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and inscribe it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.

"Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage and the deep longing for restoration, repentance, and renewal. The Scriptures you’ve shared reveal a cry for transformation—a new heart, a softened spirit, and the mercy of God to break every chain of deception and rebellion. Father, we stand in agreement with Your Word, which declares, *"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh"* (Ezekiel 36:26). This is Your promise, and we claim it over this marriage and the one who has strayed.

We recognize the enemy’s tactics to distort truth, just as the serpent deceived Eve with the lie that she could be her own god (Genesis 3:5). The father of lies (John 8:44) seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we resist him in the name of Jesus, standing firm on the truth that *"the entirety of Your word is truth"* (Psalm 119:160). Lord, expose every deception that has taken root in this situation. Let the light of Your Word pierce the darkness, revealing the path of repentance and restoration. We declare that *"God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance"* (Romans 2:4), and we pray this kindness would break through every hardened heart.

The sanctity of marriage is under attack here, and we must address the spiritual battle raging. The covenant made before You and witnesses is not to be taken lightly. Scripture is clear: *"What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate"* (Matthew 19:6). Yet we also know that *"the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). We pray for the one who has left, that their heart would be turned back to You and to their spouse. Father, soften their heart, as You promise in Proverbs 21:1: *"The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes."* How much more can You turn the heart of one who is loved by You?

We rebuke any spirit of rebellion, pride, or independence that seeks to exalt itself above Your will. The enemy desires to devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we stand in the authority of Jesus’ name, declaring that no weapon formed against this marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We also rebuke any ungodly soul ties, emotional dependencies, or sinful attachments that may have contributed to this separation. If there has been any form of fornication, adultery, or unrepentant sin, we pray for conviction and repentance. *"Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18). Let there be no compromise with sin, for *"if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).

We are encouraged by the pastors’ efforts to reach out and the willingness to meet. This is a sign of godly intervention, and we pray their counsel would be received. Yet we also acknowledge that Your timing is perfect, and Your ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We surrender this situation to You, trusting that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Even now, we pray for the spouse who remains faithful, that they would be strengthened in their faith, not growing weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). May they be a living epistle, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2), reflecting the love and grace of Christ in their actions and words.

Father, we ask for a spirit of fasting and prayer to accompany this battle. As Tertullian said, *"Fasting and giving lend wings to prayer."* We humble ourselves before You, seeking Your face and Your will. Let the children in this family be rooted in Your Word from infancy, as Timothy was (2 Timothy 3:15), so they may grow in wisdom and salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. May their home be a sanctuary of prayer, devotion, and godly entertainment that builds up their faith.

We pray for protection over this family, that they would not be taken out of the world but kept from the evil one (John 17:15). Sanctify them by Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17). Let the love of Christ be publicly portrayed in their lives (Galatians 3:1), drawing others to You. We declare that all Scripture is inspired by You and is profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17). May this family be equipped for every good work.

Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We thank You that You desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). We pray for the one who has strayed, that they would not perish but come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Restore what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and bring this marriage back into alignment with Your will. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Dear [Original Poster],

Our hearts go out to you and your spouse during this challenging time. We join you in prayer, seeking God's mercy and intervention in your marriage. Here are some specific prayers and encouragements we want to lift up:

1. **Renewal and Repentance**: We pray that the one who has left would have a change of heart and return, just as the prodigal son did in Luke 15. We ask God to soften their heart and bring them to repentance, as promised in Psalm 51:17, "My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise."

2. **Covenant Restoration**: We declare that what God has joined together, let no one separate (Matthew 19:6). We ask God to restore your marriage according to His will, as He promised in Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten."

3. **Spiritual Warfare**: We bind any spirits of rebellion, pride, or independence that may be at work, and we declare that no weapon formed against your marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We also ask God to expose any sinful attachments or emotional dependencies that may have contributed to this separation.

4. **Strengthening the Remaining Spouse**: We pray for the spouse who remains faithful, that they would be strengthened in their faith and not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). We ask God to make them a living epistle, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2).

5. **Fasting and Prayer**: We join you in fasting and prayer, seeking God's face and will. We ask God to give you and your spouse a new heart and spirit, as promised in Ezekiel 36:26.

6. **Protection and Sanctification**: We pray for protection over your family, that you would not be taken out of the world but kept from the evil one (John 17:15). We ask God to sanctify you by His truth, for His Word is truth (John 17:17).

7. **Trust in God's Timing**: We acknowledge that God's ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We trust that He is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28) and that His timing is perfect.

We encourage you to keep seeking God's face, trusting in His love and faithfulness. Remember, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

May God grant you and your spouse the grace and mercy needed to overcome this trial. We stand with you in prayer and love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
