Praying for all those who are sufferingabandonment/abortive spirit in their life or our life, who lost family, abandoned for (wife) abandoned (for husband) abandoned (for daughter) abandoned (for son) abandoned (for sister or brother) abandoned or betrayed (for friend) unfortunately we or they don’t have a house, family, friend to refuge or shelter to support them or us, praying for all unborn babies who are despised/hate by their mother or father, only God can take these babies to heaven. God mercy Prayers often entrust innocent, aborted, or miscarried childrento God’s care, asking Him to receive them into heaven. In the name of Jesus Christ mercy for it abandoned and murder unborn.

Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieving the profound loss of life, especially the innocent unborn, while also lifting up those who suffer from abandonment, betrayal, and the deep wounds of broken families. The pain of losing children, whether through miscarriage, abortion, or the cruelty of neglect, is a burden no one should bear alone. Scripture tells us that God hears the cries of the afflicted and collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We stand in the gap for these little ones, trusting that the Lord, who formed them in secret and knit them together in their mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13-16), welcomes them into His eternal care. Their lives, though brief, were known and loved by Him before the foundation of the world.

Yet we must also confront the reality of sin and disobedience that leads to such devastation. The Bible warns that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), and the loss of life, whether through abortion, the consequences of rebellion, or the abandonment of family, is a stark reminder of the brokenness that entered the world through man’s fall. We do not shy away from calling sin what it is, for only in acknowledging the truth can there be repentance, healing, and restoration. The Lord is merciful and just, and His desire is for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray for those who have participated in or been affected by the taking of innocent life, that they would turn to Christ for forgiveness and find peace in His grace.

For those who feel forsaken, whether by parents, spouses, children, or friends, we declare the promise of Psalm 27:10, which you referenced: "Though my father and my mother have forsaken me, yet the Lord will take me up." The Lord is a father to the fatherless and a defender of the widow (Psalm 68:5). He does not abandon His children, even when earthly relationships fail. We pray for those without shelter, refuge, or support, that they would experience the Lord’s provision and find comfort in His presence. He is the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one who is lost (Luke 15:4-7).

We also lift up those who have been betrayed or abandoned, asking the Lord to heal their wounds and restore their trust in Him. Betrayal cuts deep, but the Lord understands betrayal more than anyone, He was betrayed by one of His own disciples (Matthew 26:14-16). Yet He responded with love and forgiveness, even to those who crucified Him (Luke 23:34). We pray that those who have been hurt would extend that same grace, not as a requirement to earn favor, but as a reflection of the forgiveness they have received in Christ.

To those who may be considering abortion or struggling with the guilt of past decisions, we plead with you to turn to Jesus. There is no sin too great for His blood to cover. He came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), and His sacrifice on the cross was sufficient to pay for every sin, past, present, and future. If you have never placed your trust in Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for the loss of life and the pain of abandonment. We entrust the unborn, those lost to miscarriage, abortion, or neglect, into Your loving hands. You are the Author of life, and we trust that You receive these little ones into Your presence, where there is no more pain or sorrow (Revelation 21:4). Comfort those who mourn, Lord, and heal the wounds of those who have been forsaken. Restore what has been broken, and bring repentance to those who have turned away from Your ways.

For those who feel alone, we ask that You be their refuge and strength. Provide for their needs, both physical and spiritual, and surround them with Your love. Help them to see that You are their true Father, their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray for families torn apart by sin, that You would mend their brokenness and draw them back to Yourself. Soften hardened hearts, Lord, and lead them to repentance and restoration.

We also pray for those who have participated in the taking of innocent life. Convict them of their sin, but do not leave them in despair. Show them the depth of Your mercy and the power of Your forgiveness. Let them experience the freedom that comes from confessing their sins and receiving Your grace. May they turn to You and find new life in Christ.

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who conquered sin and death so that we might have eternal life. May Your will be done in every situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We hear the weight of everything you’re carrying, the grief for your neighbor’s unborn baby, the sorrow over so many abandoned lives, and the loneliness of feeling like there’s no house or family to turn to. That kind of pain can feel crushing, especially when it seems so many around you are suffering losses that no one should have to endure alone.

When we read your words, we’re reminded that God does not look away from the most vulnerable among us. We trust His mercy for the little ones who never had a chance to be held, and we believe He cradles them in a love that never fails. That doesn’t erase the hurt, but it anchors our hope when the darkness feels heavy.

At the same time, we know that grief like this can get lonely fast. One of the most healing things we’ve seen is when someone allows a few safe people to sit with them in it, not to fix it, but just to be present. If you’re feeling isolated, we’d encourage you to seek out a church community where you can connect with others who will listen and pray with you. Many congregations have small groups or care ministries that exist exactly for seasons like this. You don’t have to navigate all this on your own.

We also want to lift up the prayer you shared from Psalm 27, that even when father and mother forsake us, the Lord will receive us. That’s a promise you can hold onto for yourself and for every person you’re praying over. God sees each one, and He is able to shelter the forsaken and heal the brokenhearted.

Let’s pray:

Jesus, we bring before You every precious child who has been lost and every soul weighed down by abandonment. Receive into Your gentle care the unborn who have died, and comfort those who mourn them. Be a refuge for the homeless and the friendless. Wrap Your presence around our friend, and let them sense You close, holding them steady, giving them people who will walk alongside them, and renewing their strength day by day. In Your name we pray, amen.

The wailing of a soul over such manifold griefs strikes deep into the heart, yet I must bid you look well to the foundation of your hope. You cry for mercy upon the unborn and the abandoned, and this is a fit cry, for into the arms of a covenant-keeping God we may always commit the innocent. But what of your own soul amidst this great flood of sorrow? The eye of the Lord is upon those who fear Him, who hope in His mercy, not upon those who merely claim mercy as a right while walking in disobedience to His commands.

That text from Psalm 27 which you have set down, though your father and mother forsake you, the Lord will take you up, this is a jewel beyond price for the truly converted heart. Yet mark this, the first thing God’s mercy will do for you will be to turn your face in the opposite direction from sin. If you have not been born again, if you have not a new heart and a right spirit, what right have you to expect any mercy except that mercy which gives repentance and faith? Many build a false confidence, supposing God will pity their sorrow while they remain in their sins, but the God of mercy is also the God of holiness. He came down from Heaven on an errand of mercy not to soothe men in their rebellion, but to seek and to save that which was lost, to make them a new creation, giving them new loves and new hates.

You speak of an abandonent spirit, of murder and betrayal. In these dark providences, His mercy has gone before you, even as sickness or loss sometimes keeps a man out of a sin into which he was sliding. But have you felt your own need of mercy as a guilty sinner before the throne? You must be clean divorced from every confidence except in mercy, not a mercy which leaves you as you are, but that abundant mercy which washes a chief of sinners in the fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness. Go now to the gate of Mercy and make it resound with resolute blows. Plead thus, “You have helped in every need, this emboldens me to plead. After so much mercy past, will You let me sink at last?” The Messenger of that mercy, Christ Jesus, has plunged lower than all your griefs, and His name shall endure for ever for every soul that casts itself upon Him. Wait upon the Lord with a whole heart and He shall strengthen you, and you shall see that even in this howling wilderness His mercy is a star to pilot you home.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a heavy weight you carry, seeing so much sorrow and abandonment, and your prayer for these little ones and for all who suffer rises like incense before the throne of God. You do well to entrust the innocent children, whether miscarried or slain before birth, to the mercy of the Creator, for He alone is their refuge. As the Psalm says, though father and mother forsake, the Lord will receive them. These little ones bear no guilt of their own, and by their very simplicity they are images of the kingdom. The church’s prayers often rise through the voices of innocent children, and their intercession avails much. Trust that He who said “let the little children come to me” will in His goodness gather these souls into His everlasting light, where no sorrow or abandonment can ever touch them.

Yet do not let your grief blind you to the towering hope we have in Christ. Through His cross, death has lost its sting, it is no longer death but a sleep. The grave’s victory is swallowed up, and the power of sin is broken. Because He rose, the bodies of these children, now at rest, will one day be raised incorruptible. Mourn, then, as one who has hope, and let that hope stir you to greater mercy and faith.

For those who died in disobedience, we must not presume upon God’s mercy, but neither should we despair. While there is life, there is opportunity for repentance. Now is the accepted time. For yourself and for those still living, lay hold of the mercy offered in Christ. The laver of regeneration has washed away infinite evils, but it was not given so that we might return to sin, but that we might live in newness of life. Show mercy freely, forgive every debt, and remember the poor, for mercy triumphs over judgment. A merciful man does good to his own soul, and alms deliver from death. By this you not only help the needy but prepare for yourself a comfort in the day of reckoning.

Above all, cling to the love of Christ, from which nothing can separate us, neither distress, nor peril, nor sword, nor things present, nor things to come. If He is for us, who can be against us? Even now, for those who feel utterly abandoned, God is nearer than a father’s embrace, for He has promised to receive the forsaken. His economy of salvation, His very taking of our flesh, was for no other cause than pure love, that He might become a merciful and faithful High Priest, able to sympathize with our weakness and make reconciliation for sin.

Therefore, do not let your heart be troubled. Pour out your tears for those who suffer, intercede without ceasing, and live a life of mercy. The kingdom belongs to the poor in spirit, the meek, the mourners, and the pure in heart. Hold fast to the faith that God’s goodness brought all things out of nothing, and that same goodness will bring light out of this darkness. Your reward is great in heaven, and the comfort of the Holy Spirit will be your strength now. Let your prayer be joined to the prayer of the whole church, which with innocent lips entreats the Father of mercies on behalf of all.

Now go and be an instrument of that mercy, trusting that He who notes every sparrow watches over these little ones with a tenderness beyond all telling.

The weight of what you have written is heavy with sorrow, and the heart behind it is clearly reaching for mercy in the midst of deep pain. The loss of children, the ache of abandonment, the horror of innocent life being despised, these are not small things, and no words can quickly mend them. Yet what is true is that God's mercy endures forever. It is not a small or temporary mercy. It stretches over every kind of suffering and every broken relationship, even when the trouble has come through human sin.

Think for a moment of what God provided in ancient Israel for the one who had caused a death without malice. The cities of refuge were not for those whose hands were set on evil from the start, but they were a shelter for the one who needed protection from vengeance. Signs pointed the way, and as long as the person remained within that city, he was safe. This is a picture of something far greater: Jesus Christ is our refuge. We have fled to him, and in him we are safe, not because we are innocent, but because his death took the curse we deserved. The innocent took the place of the guilty. When you see the violence of this world, the taking of life that should have been cherished, know that God's own Son entered that very suffering, was numbered with the transgressors, and made a grave with the wicked and with the rich in his death. He did not turn away from the agony of the human condition.

You mentioned Psalm 27, where the writer declares that even if father and mother forsake, the Lord will receive. That is a promise forged in the knowledge of real abandonment. God's heart is not distant. He gathers the forsaken. He does not despise the unborn, and his mercy is wide enough to entrust those little ones to his care. While the Scripture does not give us every detail about the state of children who die before birth, we know the Judge of all the earth does right. His mercy is over all his works, and he is not eager to condemn. In fact, the only sin that is truly unto death, the one that finally separates the soul from the mercy of God, is the willful and settled rejection of Jesus Christ. Every other sin, grievous as it may be, falls under the promise that if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive. Your grief over the unborn is heard. God's pity for the innocent is perfect.

Do not let the darkness of what has happened obscure this: mercy and truth have met together in the person of Christ. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other there. For all who call upon him, he is plenteous in mercy. That includes you. That includes those whose families have failed them. The Lord will perfect that which concerns you. He completes what he starts. Your prayer for the abandoned and the unborn is not falling on deaf ears. Lift these burdens to him, not because your words are perfect, but because his mercy endures forever, and he delights to show mercy to the contrite.

Rest in the refuge that is Christ. He does not cast out those who come to him. Stay in that refuge, not with a fearful cowering, but with the quiet confidence that nothing can snatch you from his hand. And as you bear this neighbor's pain before the throne of grace, know that God's own Spirit intercedes with groanings too deep for words. His mercy is not a theory; it is a living shelter right now. Walk into it and remain there.

We are deeply moved by the heavy burdens you have shared with us, and we want you to know that we have continued to lift these heartbreaking situations before the Lord in prayer. The loss of unborn babies, the pain of abandonment, the suffering of those left without family or shelter, and the deep sorrow of those who feel forsaken—these are wounds that only our Heavenly Father can fully heal. We have prayed for His mercy to surround every precious life lost, for His comfort to envelop those who grieve, and for His provision to meet the needs of those left without refuge.

We have asked the Lord to draw near to the brokenhearted, to bind up their wounds, and to restore hope where it has been shattered. We have stood in the gap, pleading for His intervention in the lives of those who have been abandoned or betrayed, trusting that He sees their pain and will not leave them comfortless. For the unborn who were taken too soon, we have entrusted them into the loving arms of our Savior, believing that He receives them into His eternal care.

We have also prayed for you, dear one, as you carry this weight of intercession. May the Lord strengthen you, remind you of His faithfulness, and fill you with His peace as you continue to seek Him. If the Lord has moved in any of these situations since you first posted, we would be so encouraged to hear how He has worked. If the burden still feels heavy and the answers have not yet come, we invite you to share again so we can continue to stand with you in prayer.

May the God of all comfort meet you in your sorrow, may His love surround you in your loneliness, and may His hope rise up within you as you trust in Him. We continue to pray in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
