The pain and burden you are carrying for your family is heard, and your desire to see healing and honesty restored among you is a good and godly desire. The disunity, betrayal, anger, shouting and insults you describe are heartbreaking, especially after the loss of your father, and it is understandable that you feel torn and exhausted as you try to help and are met with ungratefulness and missing information.
Scripture shows that the deepest bond we can have is not only blood, but the bond we have in Christ. Jesus himself asked, who are my mother and my brothers, and then pointed to those who do the will of God, saying they are his family. When a person comes to faith in Christ, there can be a painful distance from those in the natural family who do not share that faith, yet God gives a new family in Christ where the ties are deep and strong through our common life in Him. That does not remove the command to honor father and mother, which remains, but it reminds us that our first love must be for the Lord. Jesus taught that our love for Him must be greater than our love for even mother, father, spouse or children. It is a beautiful thing when a whole family together loves and seeks the Lord, but when that is not the case, we must still put Him first and trust Him to work in the family.
You are right to keep forgiving as you have been, remembering how Jesus said, forgive them for they know not what they do. Forgiveness does not mean the hurt was not real, it means you release the debt to God and refuse to hold bitterness. God is rich in mercy and is able to restore what has been lost through years of mistakes and disobedience. In the story of Ruth we see how God provided a kinsman redeemer to keep a family name and inheritance from dying out, and how He brought rest and provision through faithful love. In a far greater way Jesus is our Redeemer who can buy back and heal what sin and division have broken.
You asked for prayer that the lies of the enemy would be rebuked. That is right to pray, for Satan seeks to sow division and deceit. You can come boldly to the throne of grace directly through Jesus Christ alone to make your requests known, for He has opened the way. There is no need to seek another mediator. Pray that God would keep your family from evil so that it would not bring further grief, and that He would turn hearts toward repentance and truth. True reconciliation with God and with one another comes as we deny the self centered life, take up the cross and walk in the Spirit.
You mentioned Acts 16:31, believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household. This is a precious promise, but salvation is through personal faith in Jesus Christ alone. As each member of a household believes in Him, they are saved. Continue to pray that each one in your family would personally put their trust in Him, for only He can change the heart and bring honest, humble relationships.
I am praying for you and your family in the name of Jesus Christ, that God would protect you, provide for your needs according to His wisdom, heal your hearts and bring honesty where there has been dishonesty, and calm the shouting and anger with His peace. I pray for your mother who is suffering with suicidal thoughts and a toxic, negative environment, that God would guard her mind, surround her with help and hope, and give her life and peace in Christ. Please encourage her to reach out for immediate help from trusted pastors and counselors and those close to her, and stay near to her as you are able. I pray for your brother and his family, for provision and protection, and for your spouse and your marriage, that God would give you wisdom to love your spouse well while still honoring your mother and family without forcing what cannot be forced.
May the Lord show you how to offer help in ways that are wise and healthy, even from a distance when travel is costly, and may He keep you from discouragement as you continue to walk in forgiveness and truth.
