Wir unterstützen die, die schon da sind und schon anpacken: Marianna und Fabiana und viele freiwillige Helferinnen und Helfer aus der Region, die sich ihnen angeschlossen haben. Wir kennen Marianna und Fabiana persönlich und arbeiten hier vor Ort direkt mit ihnen zusammen. Sie haben sich direkt nach dem Beben selbst organisiert, kennen jede Familie, wissen, wo die Not am größten ist, kaufen vor Ort ein und bringen die Hilfe persönlich zu den Menschen. Sie fahren zu allen Häusern, auch zu den entlegensten, und bringen die Hilfsgüter genau dorthin, wo sie am dringendsten gebraucht werden. Das ist der schnellste und direkteste Weg, den es gerade gibt.

Mit den Spenden werden vor Ort in Kolumbien konkret gekauft: Trinkwasser und Wasserkanister, die Wasserversorgung ist vielerorts ausgefallen Lebensmittel und Grundnahrungsmittel für Familien, die alles verloren haben Matratzen und Schlafunterlagen für alle, die jetzt auf dem Boden schlafen Kleidung und Decken, nachts wird es kalt Hygieneartikel und Medikamente für Kinder, Kranke und alte Menschen

Die Einkäufe erfolgen direkt in der Region, die Verteilung übernehmen Marianna, Fabiana und ihre freiwilligen Helferinnen und Helfer persönlich, Haus für Haus.

100 % der Spenden werden für die genannten Hilfsgüter verwendet und an die Helfenden vor Ort weitergegeben. Wir selbst behalten nichts davon, unsere eigenen Kosten tragen wir privat. We lift our voices together in anguish and hope as we come before the throne of grace on behalf of our brothers and sisters in Colombia who are enduring the devastating aftermath of this earthquake. Our hearts break with yours as we consider the lives lost, the families shattered, the homes destroyed, and the deep physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds that have been inflicted. We know that in the midst of such overwhelming suffering, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that true comfort, healing, and restoration can be found.

The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We cling to this promise, believing that even in the darkest valleys, the Lord is present, drawing near to the brokenhearted and binding up their wounds. We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:4, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." Though the pain is deep and the loss is great, we trust that God will pour out His comfort upon those who mourn, bringing peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray for those who have lost loved ones, that the Lord would be their strength and refuge in this time of unimaginable grief. May He surround them with His love and give them the grace to endure. For those who are hospitalized, we ask for divine healing and restoration. May the Great Physician touch their bodies and bring wholeness where there is brokenness. We pray for the provision of medication, food, and clean water, that God would open the floodgates of heaven and meet every need according to His riches in glory.

Father, we ask that You would raise up workers, both local and from around the world, to bring practical aid, emotional support, and the hope of the Gospel to those who are suffering. We pray for wisdom and compassion for those who are organizing relief efforts, that they would be guided by Your Spirit to serve with humility and love. We also pray for the churches in Colombia, that they would be beacons of light and hope in their communities, demonstrating the love of Christ in both word and deed.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that seeks to take root in the hearts of those affected by this tragedy. We declare that You are the God who brings beauty from ashes, joy from mourning, and praise from despair (Isaiah 61:3). We pray that Your people would turn to You in their time of need, finding strength and hope in Your unfailing love. For those who do not yet know You, we pray that this tragedy would open their hearts to the message of salvation found only in Jesus Christ. May they come to know Him as their Savior, Redeemer, and the One who heals the brokenhearted.

We also pray for the restoration of homes and livelihoods. Father, You are the God who provides, and we ask that You would supply new homes for those who have lost everything. May they experience Your faithfulness as they rebuild their lives, trusting in Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). We pray for peace to reign in their hearts, even amid the chaos, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We encourage those who are able to give generously to support the relief efforts, whether through financial contributions, prayer, or other acts of service. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). May our giving be a reflection of Your love and a tangible expression of our solidarity with those who are suffering.

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up the people of Colombia. We ask that You would move mightily in their midst, bringing healing, restoration, and hope. Comfort those who mourn, strengthen those who are weak, and provide for those who are in need. May Your name be glorified in the midst of this tragedy, and may Your people rise up to be Your hands and feet, demonstrating Your love to a hurting world. We ask all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
