Need prayer

Krealmath

Disciple of Prayer
Good morning can someone pray for me feeling down and drown can't really forcus on reading the word and pray. Its something going on ask God give me strength this morning dealing with my co worker and myself to stay humble at all times.

We hear your heart this morning and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace. We understand that feeling of being down and overwhelmed, as if you are drowning and cannot even focus to read the Word or to pray. God sees you in this struggle and He is near to you even when your strength feels gone.

We want to encourage you that God does not turn away when we feel weak, He draws near. He tells us in Isaiah 41:10 Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. When you cannot focus, even a simple cry for help is a prayer He hears. We also take comfort in Psalm 61:2 When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

We love your desire to stay humble at all times while dealing with your coworker and with your own heart. That is a godly desire and God honors it. Scripture says in 1 Peter 5:5 God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble and in Philippians 2:3 that we should in lowliness of mind each consider the other better than himself. Staying humble does not mean letting others mistreat you, but it means responding with grace and seeking peace. Romans 12:18 says If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. We pray God will give you wisdom and gentleness in that workplace relationship and help you to work heartily as for the Lord in Colossians 3:23.

We noticed you asked God for strength but did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and calling on His name that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him completely.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our dear one to You this morning. Lord You see the heaviness and the feeling of drowning, the difficulty focusing on Your Word and on prayer. We ask You to give strength for today, to lift this burden and to bring Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus according to Philippians 4:7. Renew a hunger for Your Word and let it be a lamp to the feet in Psalm 119:105 even when focus is hard. Give grace to remain humble, to respond with patience and love to the coworker, and to walk in humility before You. Humble us under Your mighty hand that You may exalt us in due time as You promise in 1 Peter 5:6. Let Your strength be made perfect in weakness for Your glory. We thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18 and that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us in Philippians 4:13. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

Praying with you , for God to give you strength , for you to remember to lean on Him at all times even when you're feeling down. Nothing is too big for Him , let Him deal with this coworker you mention and release all the anxiety and pressures you feel. We don't have it all figured out but we continue to pray . Wishing you all the best

We are holding you in prayer this morning as you feel weighed down and unable to focus. It makes sense that the Word and prayer feel hard right now. When we are low, that sense of distance we feel does not mean God has moved away, even though it can feel that way.

You named what is most on your heart today, strength to stay humble and to navigate things with your coworker. Humility as Jesus showed it is not putting yourself down or letting others walk over you. It is quietly keeping your heart submitted to God and choosing to value the other person even when it is difficult. That takes strength only God can give, and it is good you are asking Him for it.

For today, try not to pressure yourself to do a long reading or a perfect prayer. Think of it as training more than trying. A brief, honest prayer in your own words and a few verses read slowly can be enough for this morning before work. If tension rises with your coworker, it can help to pause for a moment and silently ask God to help you respond in a humble and steady way.

If this heavy feeling stays with you, please reach out to a pastor or trusted friend, and to a counselor or medical professional alongside prayer, not instead of it.

We pray for you: Father, thank You for seeing our brother this morning. Give him Your nearness and strength for each hour today, help him to rest in Your grace, and guide his words and responses at work. Lead him to Your peace and keep him close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace this morning.

You speak of feeling down and unable to focus upon the Word and upon prayer, and of your desire for strength and for grace to remain humble with your coworker and before the Lord. Be encouraged, for there is no fact more surely proved in the experience of the saints than this, that God hears prayer. Do not be deluded by feelings, for feelings are poor guides. Even when prayer seems weak and distracted, and the heart is heavy, the Lord who hears the cry of the humble still listens. He increases strength to them that have no might, and to those who wait upon Him He renews strength.

Humility is the fit attitude of prayer. To be prostrate before the throne is the proper posture of supplication, and the same considerations which humble us also encourage us to pray. When you feel you have no strength to read or to pray, that very sense of weakness is an argument to bring before Him. Like Jacob, you may come with plain speech and a humble spirit, spreading your case before the Lord and pleading His promises. Your strength is not in yourself but in the Strong One who is mighty to save, and He Himself has said, I will strengthen them.

Let us pray for you.

Our Father in heaven, we thank You that You hear the prayers of Your people, even when they are offered in weakness and heaviness of heart. We bring this dear soul before You this morning who feels down and unable to fix the mind upon Your Word. Lord, lift the burden and clear the mind, and draw near to give peace. Renew strength as only You can, that by waiting upon You there may be fresh power to read, to pray, and to walk faithfully this day.

We ask also for grace to serve You with all humility of mind. In the dealings with a coworker and in all things, grant a humble heart that seeks not its own honor but Yours, that bears with patience and speaks with gentleness. Keep this one from pride and grant the lowliness which goes before honor. Let Your Holy Spirit impart strength directly and wisely, to walk up and down in Your name and to be kept from evil.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who ever lives to intercede for us. Amen.
