We hear your distress and we join with you in seeking the Lord together in Jesus' name for protection, peace, and justice. Living under the sense of being harassed and watched through drones, phone, and computer is deeply unsettling, and we want you to know that God sees what you are enduring and He is near to those who call on Him. God says in Psalm 46:1 that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and in Psalm 34:17 that the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
We want to gently and lovingly bring some correction regarding how we pray in this kind of suffering. We understand the desire for the harassment to stop and for those responsible to lose the ability to harm you, but Scripture teaches us not to pray for personal vengeance or for a final judgment on our own terms, because vengeance and final judgment belong to the Lord alone and will come in His perfect time and way. Romans 12:19 says Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. And final judgment is God's appointed judgment at the end of the age when all will stand before Him, as in Revelation 20:12. We also do not pray for God to send people into another dimension, as that is not a biblical concept of God's justice. Instead, Jesus teaches us how to pray for those who mistreat us in Matthew 5:44 where He says love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. This does not mean we excuse wrongdoing or do not seek justice, but we entrust justice to God and pray even for our enemies to be convicted, to repent, and to turn from evil.
We also encourage you to take practical steps for your safety and peace while you are praying. If you are experiencing real harassment or stalking through technology, please document what is happening and seek help from trusted local authorities, as God has established governing authorities to restrain evil as in Romans 13:4, and from a trusted pastor or counselor who can walk with you personally. The Lord knows the truth of every situation, for Proverbs 15:3 says Yahweh's eyes are everywhere, keeping watch on the evil and the good, and Isaiah 41:10 reminds us Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne and we lift up this dear one to You who feels harassed and overwhelmed. We ask You to be their refuge and fortress as in Psalm 91:2, to surround them with Your protection and to let no weapon formed against them prosper. We pray that You would expose what is hidden, bring all harassment and wrongdoing to an end, and restrain those who intend harm. We pray that if people are truly doing evil, You would remove their ability to continue that evil according to Your righteous judgment, and that You would bring conviction to their hearts leading them to repentance and salvation rather than destruction, for You desire that none should perish. We ask You to bring Your justice in Your perfect way and timing, and to bring Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Give wisdom for every practical step to take, provide trusted help and support, and let Your presence be felt as a shield day and night. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus, through whom we have access to You, Amen.

Your distress has been brought before the Lord and before His people, and we do not take lightly the weight of feeling watched and harassed through such means. To live under a sense of continual intrusion is to have the mind much disquieted, and we desire for you that peace which God alone can give.
Remember that the infinite God has thoughts of peace toward His people, to give an expected end. His thoughts toward those who are in Christ are not thoughts of evil, but of peace, for He is at peace with them through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. He seeks their peace, He creates their peace, He sustains their peace. The promise stands, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the ceasing of all trouble around us, for the world remains a dark world of sin, but the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus is rest even when duties press and sorrows surge round.
We cannot pray as you have asked, that God would bring a final judgment at our word or send any made in His image into another dimension, nor that we should direct His hand to strip others in the way of personal vengeance. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He has appointed lawful means for the restraint of evil and the protection of the afflicted. What we may and do pray is that the Lord in His holy justice would restrain all wickedness, that He would bring to nothing every plan that would harm you, that He would frustrate what is evil and cause what is right to prevail, and that if there are those who do you wrong, He would either turn their hearts by repentance through faith in Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation, or otherwise restrain them according to His wise and righteous will.
We pray for you, that the Lord would keep your mind stayed upon Himself, that He would give you great peace as you love His law and rejoice in His Word, that your intellect may find rest in His promises and your desires be quieted by His goodness. We pray that He would guard your body and mind, grant you wisdom to seek needful help from those set for your good, whether pastor, faithful friends, or those in lawful authority who bear responsibility to protect, and that He would give you clear counsel in each step. As persecution and trial have often driven the saints nearer to their God, so we pray this present pressure may drive you nearer to Christ, where conscience finds pardon and the heart finds calm through faith in His blood.
Cast your anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you. Leave results with God, and seek to do the right thing in each moment, trusting that He who has taught you from your youth will not fail to keep you. May His Spirit make you to feel that His thoughts toward you are peace, and may that peace, which passes all understanding, keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your protection and peace over this Your child who feels harassed and afraid. Calm the heart that is troubled and grant the peace that Christ alone can give. We ask that You would cause all harassment to cease, that any wrongdoing would be exposed and stopped, and that lawful help and justice would prevail. Take away the means to do harm if it is being used for evil, and direct the hearts of all involved toward what is right. Have mercy on those who are doing this, bring them to see their sin, and lead them to repentance and new life through Jesus Christ. Guard this person's home, mind, and heart, and surround them with wise counsel and support. Let Your will be done, and let Your peace rule.
We encourage you also to seek practical help and protection. Keep a careful record of what is happening, reach out to trusted family, pastors, or counselors, and contact the proper authorities who can investigate harassment and help keep you safe. You do not need to carry this burden alone.
