First of All, I Urge Prayers, Petitions, Intercessions and Thanksgivings be Made for All People, 1 Tim 2:1, for Government and All in Authority, so We May Lead Peaceful and Quiet Lives of Devotion and Dignity, 1 Tim 2:2, which is Good and Pleasing in the Sight of God our Savior, 1 Tim 2:3, Who Wants All People to Be Saved and Come to the Knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:4... SAVE THE WORST, BLESS THE BEST, GUIDE THEM ALL, RAISE UP, SET DOWN, THE LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT REIGNS, Rev 19:6... πŸ™ β€œWe give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign," Rev 11:17...

πŸ™‡πŸ» Our Father, we offer "petitions, PRAYERS, intercessions and thanksgivings," for ALL in AUTHORITY (Whether we LIKE them or NOT does not Exempt us from our DUTY), Save and PROTECT The President, His Family, Cabinet, Service Members, Our Senators, Representatives, SCOTUS Justices & Generals, Our PASTORS, Spiritual Leaders Here and Worldwide, and all Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Kings, Parliaments, Congress Members -- "ALL in authority, that we might lead a quiet life in all godliness and dignity, knowing this pleases You, our Savior, who desire ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth," 1 Tim 2:1-4.

πŸ™‡πŸ» We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the furtherance of free speech, press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

πŸ™Œ We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, thwart the plans of the wicked, Ps 33:10-11, work everything together for good to those who love You and according to Your purpose are CALLED, Rom 8:28. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We lift our voices together in fervent prayer for the leaders of our nations, both in the church and in civic government, as we are commanded in Scripture. First of all, we urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, acknowledging that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to Your throne of grace. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might have eternal life. We pray that all leaders, whether they know You or not, would come to recognize their need for a Savior and turn to Christ in repentance and faith.

Lord, we intercede for the President, his family, his cabinet, our senators, representatives, Supreme Court justices, generals, pastors, and all who hold positions of authority both here and around the world. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and humility as they make decisions that affect the lives of millions. May they seek Your face and align their hearts with Your will, for the king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, like channels of water; He turns it wherever He wishes (Proverbs 21:1). We pray that You would raise up godly leaders who fear You and walk in Your ways, and that You would remove those who oppose Your truth and righteousness.

Father, we ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free nations, that they may stand together in unity and strength against the forces of darkness. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false teaching, and the protection of free speech, press, and publication so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ may spread unhindered to the ends of the earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you (Matthew 28:19-20).

We thank You for the leaders You have placed in authority, for there is no authority except from You, and those that exist have been instituted by You (Romans 13:1). We ask that You would use them as instruments of Your peace and justice, even as You work all things together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We submit ourselves to You, Lord, and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from us (James 4:7). We put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-20).

We pray for Your loving-kindness and truth to surround our leaders, and we ask for angelic protection over them and their families. No evil shall be allowed to befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling, for You will give Your angels charge over them to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:10-11). Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You sit in the heavens and do whatever You please (Psalm 115:3).

Lord, we also lift up the beautiful land and its people, asking for Your protection, peace, and salvation. May Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We pray for the salvation of the lost, the healing of the broken, and the restoration of all things under the lordship of Christ. Let Your gospel go forth with power, and may many come to know You as their Lord and Savior.

We offer these prayers with thanksgiving, knowing that You hear us and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). We trust in Your promises and rest in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for this faithful and sweeping call to prayer for all in authority. It’s easy to let our feelings about particular leaders dull our obedience, but you’ve reminded us that God desires all to be saved and that our prayers are a quiet, powerful way to shape the world for the gospel. We stand with you in lifting up presidents, prime ministers, pastors, senators, and every person holding authority, whether we like them or not.

Father, we bring before You the leaders of every nation. Grant them the wisdom they lack, the humility to listen, and a hunger for true righteousness. We ask for the salvation of those who do not know You, yes, even the ones we’d least expect. Protect the vulnerable and uphold the cause of the oppressed. Guard our lands and bless the people who dwell in them. We pray for the strengthening of alliances that foster peace, for the spread of free speech and the gospel, and for the courage of those leaders who seek to honor You. We thank You that You sit enthroned above all earthly powers and that no leader is beyond Your reach. Guide them as channels of water in Your hand, and work all things for good for those who love You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We’re grateful to join you in this act of intercession. Keep holding up the world before the throne.

It is God that writes intercession upon men’s hearts, and what a mercy that He has stirred you to such earnest pleading for all in authority. Does the Scripture not lay this as a first duty upon the church? You bring the very words of the apostle before the throne, and rightly so, for this is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved. Yet remember, the only salvation that is worth being our own is that which is God's. There is no salvation anywhere but in Christ Jesus. Look unto Him! Look! look! look! This is the simple method of salvation.

The heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He will. We ask Him to thwart the plans of the wicked and to work everything together for good. Our prayers are not for a political party but for the furtherance of that quiet and peaceable life in all godliness, so the gospel may run freely and have free course. The Holy Spirit makes intercession within the saints according to the will of God; He helps us to plead for what we ought. But do not imagine that His intercession is for the unregenerate as theirs. O, you must first be made saints or you cannot feel the Spirit’s intercession within you. Therefore, while we pray for leaders and lands, we must ever cry the louder: Let all come to the knowledge of the truth. The only way of peace for any land is for souls to find peace with God through the blood of the cross.

Thus we pray for the chief magistrate and all in authority, not because we like them or dislike them, for that exempts no man from duty. We pray that they be channels of water in the Lord’s hand, and we beseech the Lord to save the worst, bless the best, and guide them all. The plan of salvation was devised in infinite wisdom; none but God could have thought of it. It is a free salvation, without money and without price. Ho, every one that thirsteth! The wine and milk of the gospel are set before the nations. We look to Him alone and lay the whole matter of our land and our leaders at the pierced feet, in unquestioning confidence. What more can I do? I have set before you enough for your intercession. The horse may be brought to the water, but only the Spirit of God can make him drink. Yet, continue in persevering intercession as Samuel did, for this is sympathy with our Divine Savior who made intercession for the transgressors. The Lord God omnipotent reigns, and that is the anchor of our hope for the beautiful land and all its people.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pray earnestly for rulers and leaders, that they might be saved and guided. This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior. But let your prayer rise from hands unstained by wrath or doubting. For if you make intercession for those in authority while harboring bitterness toward any, you turn your own petition into a curse against yourself. How will you ask God to forgive their transgressions when you yourself refuse to forgive the least offense?

The word of the cross is to the perishing foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. Do not rest your hope in princes or in the wisdom of this world, which is coming to nothing. God has made foolish the wisdom of the wise; the rulers of this age did not know Him, or they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. So pray for them, yes, but do not place your trust in their devices. The Lord sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases; He raises up kings and sets them down. He can turn the heart of the most hardened ruler as channels of water, and He can save to the uttermost those who draw near to Him through Christ, who ever lives to intercede.

You ask protection for the land and its people. That is right, but a greater protection is needed for your own household. Every man’s house is a city, and you are a prince within it. If you would see peace in the nation, first govern well your own soul, then your wife, your children, your servants. Instill in them the fear of God, for when that guard sits within, outward contrivances are unnecessary. The fatherless child, raised in faith and holiness, is more secure than the child of a king who lacks godliness.

Remember also that the greatest security for any people is not armies or alliances, but the favor of God drawn down by a life of mercy. Let the poor be companions at your table; send them to the prison, clothe the naked, track out the stranger. Engage in this spiritual traffic, and you will have advocates before God more powerful than any earthly patron.

You pray for the furtherance of the gospel and the diminishment of evil. Then let your own life be a proclamation. It is not novelty of worship nor cleverness of speech that overcomes the world, but the cross lived out in love. The apostles, though hunted and despised, overturned empires because the power of Christ was perfected in weakness. So do not be slothful or barter away salvation for an easy life. Whether you are enlightened or still a catechumen, nothing is better than a good life. Let your prayers be joined to works, and your intercessions be free of malice, and the peace of God will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

What you’ve written here resonates deeply with the heart of Scripture. When Paul told Timothy that first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, he was writing at a moment when the man on the imperial throne saw followers of Jesus as enemies of the state. That command covers not just the leaders we admire, but those whose rule feels threatening. And the purpose is beautifully clear: so that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. Our prayers for kings, presidents, senators, judges, and generals are not a seal of approval on every policy or character flaw; they are a recognition that God alone holds the hearts of rulers in His hand and can direct them like channels of water.

Keep bringing these requests with the same intensity Paul had when he prayed night and day for Timothy. He knew that apart from divine help, no one can stand under the weight of leadership. The same Spirit who prompted those prayers in a Roman dungeon now prompts you to intercede for your own nation and for those forging alliances across the globe. Pray that God would raise up righteous standards, preserve the good, and restrain the flood of evil that always seeks to destroy. Every law meant to protect the innocent, every honest judge, every ruler who seeks wisdom from above is an answer to such prayers, whether we see the full result now or not.

And do not forget the thanksgivings woven through your requests. We give thanks not merely when leaders share our biblical worldview, but because the Almighty has begun to reign. He thwarts the plans of the wicked, works all things after the counsel of His will, and causes His purposes to stand when human plotting crumbles. That confidence lets us pray for the worst of them and the best of them alike, knowing that Jesus Christ is greater than anything this world can muster.

The beautiful land and its people scattered abroad remain precious to Him. As you plead for their peace and protection, remember that the One who appointed authority also ordains the boundaries of nations and the times of our dwelling. Your prayers join with the ceaseless intercession of the true King, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Continue steadfast in that holy work. It pleases God, and it will bear fruit that outlasts the present turmoil.
