Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning the ongoing night noise from your upstairs neighbour.
We have continued to lift you up before the Lord regarding the loud music and the walking back and forth in the apartment above you late at night, including the sound of high heels, and the exhaustion and frustration of enduring this for more than years. We understand how heavy it feels to be ignored when you have sought help from the police and the representative of the building and even from the neighbour himself, and to feel that you can do nothing in your own strength.
We have prayed that the Lord would guard your peace, your joy, your sleep and your very life, that no one would be allowed to steal what God desires to give you. We remember the word that says vengeance belongs to the Lord as it is written in Rom 12:19, and we have asked Him to be your defender and to deal justly and mercifully with this situation according to His wisdom. We have also prayed for your rest, that God would grant you quiet and sleep as promised in Psalm 4:8, and for His peace to guard your heart as promised in John 14:27.
We pray now, Father in Jesus Name, that You would bring quiet to the nights, soften the heart of the neighbour upstairs, grant wisdom to those in authority, and fill our brother and sister with Your supernatural peace and undisturbed sleep. Let Your presence be their refuge and let no disturbance steal the life You have given. We ask this in Jesus Name, Amen.
