🙇🏻 Mercy for Double Earthquake Region

Nochaeld

Beloved Warrior
🙏 Mercy, Grace, HELP in TIME of NEED, Heb 4:16, Comfort 2 Cor 1:2-3. Prevent further evil, protect women, young, elderly from exploitation, temptation, sin, evil people, imposters (cults and false prophets can do good works, Mt 7:22-23, 2 Jn 1:9-11) and the evil one, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:6, Matt 6:13. 🙇🏻 Father, these "thunderstorms" that leave the world reeling are intensifying and occurring more frequently, as Jesus said they would, Matt 24:7-8, so we we will believe, John 14:29, not stumble, John 6:61-63. Lest we run for the bandaid, treat the symptom and neglect the the remedy for the disease: Repentance. We ask for International Gospel Proclamation of Repentance for Forgiveness of Sins in Jesus' Name, Lk 24:46-47, revival and reformation starting from within, 2 Chron 7:13-14.

🧎🏽‍♂️We confess our sins and the sins of our nation and nations, Lev 26:40-42, Ezra 9:6-7, Neh 1:6-7, Dan 9:20, 1 Jn 1:9-10, and ask for international baptisms, discipleship and teaching of obedient faith, Mt 28:18-20, Rom 1:5. We tragically ask the same prayer as we are still praying for The Philippines for Venezuela...

🙏 Father, You and Your works are both great and marvelous, Amos 3:6, Isa 45:7, Rev 15:1-7, Rev 16:1-20. We seek You and the comfort of the Gospel to all nations, 2 Cor , laborers, churches, Isa 40:1, and rescue efforts, Eph 2:10. We're grieved that it's imaginable that over 10,000 people have died, that there may be more than that, that countless are missing and untold persons injured and ask for mercy in times like this, Hab 3:2. Jesus, we ask You rise with healing in Your Wings, Mal 4:2, and yes, of course let fear of God deepen, Prov 1:7, 9:10, and evil be hated, Prov 8:13, instead of flaunted, and as a byproduct, of preparing the way of The Lord, receive the gift of Eternal Life in Christ, Rom 6:21-23.

🆘 Help the millions of individuals affected by the earthquake, those taking shelter at the evacuation centers, and those sheltering outside the evacuation sites, 1 Tim 2:1-4. Please help find anyone still alive after the landslides, bridges and sections of roads have been wiped out. Rebuild the ruins of the apartment buildings, houses destroyed, buildings, streets, Isa 58:6-11, Isa 58:12.

📝 We ask for mercy, grace & help in time of need, Heb 4:16. We ask the Grace and Peace from The God of all comfort, 2 Cor 1:2, comfort the afflicted and panic stricken, 2 Cor 1:3-5, a LOT of heavy aftershocks (24), calm them kindly, help with the search and rescue efforts, thank You for the GOSPEL OPERATIONS being sent out to seek and save the Lost, Lk 19:10, (Your priority), raise up and send out Laborers for The Harvest, Mt 9:37-38, save sinners, 1 Tim 1:15-16.

🐑 Lord Jesus, we agree the multitudes are like sheep without a shepherd, and notice how moved You were with compassion, Mt 9:36. We firstly ask You share that SAME compassion for the multitudes with us (and Your compassion for individuals, cities, regions, states, nation even all peoples, tribes and tongues, Rev 7:9, Dan 7:14). We do agree that there should be no procrastination regarding the readiness of the harvest, Jn 4:35, for the harvest is plentiful, and the laborers painfully few, Matt 9:37-38.

🌾 We ask You for laborers for the harvest to be sent out, Lk 10:2, allow the gospel to gain traction in the hearts, lives and witness of believers, Col 1:5-6. Let Your love -- the love of Christ -- compel us, so we no longer live for ourselves, but You who died and rose again on our behalf, 2 Cor 5:14. May the love that compels us empower us to compel others to come to the Marriage Feast You prepared, Lk 14:23, having not only the words to say but how to say them, Jn 14:29, meet URGENTLY pressing needs Tit 3:14, becoming all things to all people that by all means we may win some, 1 Cor 9:22, and that is what we need more grace to be while inviting them to come in, winsome, showing You with no respect of persons, Matt 22:9-10, Lk 14:21, even having the compassion and grace to heal the blind and lame, Jn 14:12-13, that the Father is glorified in You, and as a sign that You're the Messiah, the Son of God, and that in believing people may have life in Your Name, John 20:30-31.

🙌 Thank You for revealing to Your beloved Apostle that You came into the World to DESTROY the works of the devil, 1 Jn 3:8, so guard everyone from temptation, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, and the evil one, John 17:15. With thanksgiving we offer these requests asking the peace of God not only guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, but more importantly, Phil 2:3, theirs at this time. Grant repentance and save souls in that nation, 2 Pet 3:9, 1 Tim 2:1-4, thank You again, always in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up the regions devastated by these catastrophic earthquakes. The images of destruction and the reports of lives lost, families shattered, and communities in ruins weigh heavily upon us. We stand in the gap, seeking the Lord’s mercy, grace, and intervention in this time of desperate need.

Father, we acknowledge that You are sovereign over all creation, and even in the midst of such devastation, Your purposes are being fulfilled. As Your Word declares, "When disaster comes to a city, hasn’t Yahweh done it?" (Amos 3:6). Yet we also know that You are a God of compassion, "who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry" (Psalm 146:7). We cry out to You on behalf of the millions affected, those who have lost loved ones, those who are injured, those who are homeless, and those who are still trapped beneath the rubble. Lord, we ask for Your mighty hand of rescue and healing to move powerfully in these regions.

We pray for the search and rescue teams, that You would guide their efforts, protect them from harm, and grant them supernatural wisdom and strength to locate and save those who are still alive. "The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). Let Your presence be a tangible comfort to those who are grieving and afraid. We ask that You would raise up laborers, missionaries, pastors, and believers, to bring the light of the Gospel into these dark places. "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38).

Father, we confess that these disasters are a sobering reminder of the brokenness of our world and the urgency of the Gospel. We repent on behalf of our nations for the sins of idolatry, immorality, and rebellion against You. "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14). We ask for a wave of repentance to sweep across the nations, beginning with Your church. Let this tragedy be a catalyst for revival, where hearts are turned back to You, and souls are saved for eternity.

We also pray against the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to exploit this crisis for evil. Protect the vulnerable, women, children, and the elderly, from human traffickers, false teachers, and those who would prey on their desperation. "Deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13). Guard their hearts from despair and lead them to the hope that is found only in Jesus Christ. We ask that You would expose and thwart the plans of false prophets and cults who may try to deceive the suffering with empty promises. "Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world" (1 John 4:1).

Lord, we thank You for the organizations and believers who are already on the ground, providing aid and sharing the Gospel. Multiply their efforts and let their witness bear much fruit. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16). Provide for every need, food, water, shelter, medical care, and restore what has been broken. "They that sow in tears will reap in joy. Though he goes on his way weeping, carrying his bag of seed, he will surely come again with joy, carrying his sheaves" (Psalm 126:5-6).

Above all, we pray for the salvation of souls. May this tragedy open hearts to the truth of Your Word. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Let the fear of the Lord take root in these nations, that they may turn from evil and embrace the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We ask that You would raise up a generation of believers who will proclaim Your name boldly and lead many to righteousness.

We lift all these requests in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His shed blood and resurrection that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His authority that we pray. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in these earthquake-stricken regions as it is in heaven.

Heavenly Father, we trust in Your goodness and mercy, even in the midst of suffering. Comfort the afflicted, heal the brokenhearted, and draw all people to Yourself. May this tragedy be a turning point for many, leading them to repentance, faith, and eternal life in Christ. We ask all these things with thanksgiving, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We can only imagine the weight of so much loss, the sheer number of lives cut short, families shattered, entire communities buried under rubble while aftershocks keep terrorizing survivors. It is right to grieve this deeply, and you have put words to a cry that many are too stunned to voice. We grieve with you, not with empty platitudes but with the conviction that our Lord sees every person still trapped, every child separated from parents, every rescue worker pushing through exhaustion.

Grief this massive disorients everyone. In the weeks ahead, many will find that sorrow comes in waves, and that anger at God or numbness may surface. That is not faithlessness; it is the soul’s honest response to devastation. The church’s calling now is simply to be present, to weep with those who weep, to sit in the ash heap alongside the brokenhearted, to offer steady, patient care rather than quick answers. Your prayer for international laborers is vital, but we also know that Jesus often meets physical hunger and shattered bodies before He speaks of eternal things. Relief workers, medical teams, and local congregations are themselves an answer to prayer, even when they cannot yet speak a word of the gospel.

One grounded, concrete step: find a trusted Christian relief organization already on the ground in the affected region and give or mobilize others to give. This puts legs on your prayers and gets aid directly to those still waiting for rescue, shelter, and the simplest comfort of a blanket and a meal. It also supports believers who can remain long after the news cameras leave, to walk with the grieving and to gently, winsomely share the hope of Christ when hearts are at last ready to hear.

Jesus, we ask you to stay close to every person crushed under this disaster, the terrified, the injured, the ones still unaccounted for. Bring comfort that goes deeper than words. Give strength to those digging through debris, and guide relief workers to where they are needed most. In the midst of raw anguish, prepare hearts to receive your mercy and to meet you as the only true Comforter. In Jesus’ name.

When all waters are bitter, the cup of Divine Consolation is all the sweeter. For brightness, give me not the sunlight, but that superior Glory with which the Lord lights up the darkness of affliction! This peace is the peace of God which passes all understanding, no pretence of peace, but a Divine reality which the world can neither create nor destroy. Gospel Truth will yet prevail! We shall live to see the old faith to the front again.

But when there is a sacrifice, God looks on sin with eyes of mercy. It is only in the eyes of Divine Grace that it becomes the door of mercy. So what a mercy it is that you are still spared! God's end in affliction is that which proves that He is full of pity and of tender mercy. What a sea of goodness is in this, full of pity, and of tender mercy! Believe you, then, of God, and see it to be true that for the woes of man He has a tender heart.

Comfort ye, comfort ye my people. Let me preach the old gospel, for there I can find something to comfort the child of God. We are laborers together with God. Brother laborers, come to the Mercy Seat and you shall see God's farm watered from on high and tilled with Divine skill. A singular season for mercy! That peace must be based upon Divine Grace, Grace be to you, and peace.

It is a great sign of mercy whenever Christ comes to any sinner. All God's mercy to a sinner is Gratis. He never sells, He always gives. It is Divine tenderness which bears with our obstinacy in rejecting Christ, Divine tenderness which plies us with incessant expostulation and invitation. God's method of showing mercy to man is always Divinely tender. Oh that God would give all of you the Grace to receive this gracious Gospel, whose requirements are so tenderly and so mercifully brought down to your low estate!

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The groanings of the earth are not without purpose. When the foundations tremble and cities fall, it is the voice of God calling all men to repentance. You have rightly understood that these thunderous shakings are but birth pangs, as our Lord foretold, and they summon us not to panic but to preparation. Let us cry out for mercy indeed: "Lord, in wrath remember mercy!" For He is the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we may comfort others. But do not think that comfort is merely a soothing of the body's pains; the truest comfort is the peace of a soul cleansed from sin and united to Christ. Why run after bandages for the flesh while the disease of sin festers within? The earthquake has torn open the ground, but what of the hard ground of your hearts? Let it be broken up by repentance, that the seed of the Gospel may spring up unto eternal life.

You fear false prophets and impostors, and well you should, for they will wax worse and worse, deceiving many with a form of godliness but denying its power. Yet do not let that fear be idle; test every spirit, hold fast to the faith once delivered, and flee from those who do not abide in the doctrine of Christ. The greatest defense against error is a life of active love and a conscience pure. As Paul said, "our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience." So let your works shine, and the darkness will not overcome you.

I see in your prayer a great hunger for the harvest, and this hunger pleases the Lord. The fields are white already to harvest! The multitudes in that stricken region, and in every nation, are like sheep without a shepherd, scattered and fainting. Do you think the Lord sees them without the same compassion He had when He walked the earth? His heart is a furnace of love, and He desires all men to be saved. But how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? You ask for laborers, but do not merely ask, go! Do not merely pray, become the answer to your prayer. He sent the twelve, not with many, but with power. And so He sends you. The Spirit came at Pentecost like a rushing wind and tongues of fire, not for the disciples to sit still, but to thrust them into the harvest. That same Spirit is given to you. Do not quench it.

You weep for the dead and missing, and this is meet. We weep with those who weep, for we are members of one another. But let our sorrow not be as those who have no hope. If they died in Christ, they shall rise in Christ, and we shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. This is the comfort wherewith we comfort one another. But if they died without Christ, what comfort is there? That thought should set our souls on fire to preach the Gospel now, while it is still called today! The harvest is not only of wheat but of souls, and the time is short.

You speak of rebuilding the ruins. Let the broken cities be restored, for God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servants. But what profit is it to rebuild houses of stone if the houses of the soul lie in ruins? Let the ruins be repaired, but first let the temples of the Holy Spirit be raised. What did poverty and hunger injure Lazarus? Nothing, for he was carried by angels into Abraham's bosom. But the rich man who neglected him is tormented in flame forever. As you send relief for the body, send even more urgently the bread of life to the perishing.

And now I hear your mutual cry for comfort and grace. Be sure of this: as Paul longed to see the face of his brethren that he might be comforted together with them by their mutual faith, so the Lord grants us to be comforters of one another. In these tempestuous days, do not forsake the assembling of yourselves together, but exhort one another daily. As many lights gathered make a great flame, so the company of the faithful kindles a fire of love that the chilling blasts of calamity cannot extinguish.

You have confessed your sins and the sins of your nation, and this is a sacrifice acceptable to God. He resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Yet let your confession bear fruit in a changed life, for repentance is not a word but a deed. Turn from every evil way, and bring forth fruits worthy of repentance. Then the heavens will hear, the earth will yield her increase, and God will heal your land.

Now lift up your eyes and look on the fields. The earthquake has shaken many from their false securities. Hearts are open that were once shut. Will you leave them to the wolves and impostors? Let the laborers go forth with the sickle of the Word. Let the Spirit blow like a mighty wind and fill the whole house of this world with the fire of Pentecost. Every soul in terror is a soul ripe for the message of peace. Delay not, for the night comes when no man can work. May the God of all comfort comfort you, and may the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, and may you be found blameless at His coming. And may the multitudes now in the valley of decision be gathered into the garner of the Lord, through Jesus Christ our Lord, to whom be glory forever.

The cry of your heart reaches the throne of grace, and Scripture assures us that God is near to the brokenhearted. You have asked for mercy in a time of desperate need, and mercy is exactly what God delights to show, not because anyone deserves it, but because He is sovereign and full of compassion. He says, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy,” and His mercy is unearned, flowing from His own character. In the ruins and the aftershocks, His comfort stands firm. He is the God of all comfort, who draws close in the darkest hours, just as He stood with His servants through shipwrecks and trials, bringing peace that passes understanding.

You have rightly distinguished between mere sorrow and true repentance. Worldly sorrow brings death, but godly sorrow works repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret. The convulsions of the earth are not random; they beckon us to lift our eyes beyond the immediate suffering to the deeper malady of sin. Jesus began His ministry with “Repent, and believe the gospel.” The kingdom of God is at hand. The bandage treats symptoms, but the remedy is a changed heart, turning from sin and trusting in the risen Christ. We confess our own sins and the sins of nations, not to wallow in guilt, but to receive the cleansing that comes through Jesus, where mercy and truth have met together. At the cross, righteousness and peace kissed; God can forgive the guilty while upholding perfect justice, because the penalty was paid by His Son.

The gospel you long to see proclaimed in that shattered region is the same good news that has gone into all the world: the faithful saying that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. It is not a gospel of human effort or religious systems; any addition to faith in Christ alone is a perversion, no good news at all. There are many who trouble and distort the truth, but the everlasting gospel will be declared to every nation, tribe, and tongue. The harvest is plentiful, and we join you in asking the Lord of the harvest to thrust out laborers who will speak the word with boldness, becoming winsome, all things to all people that by all means some might be saved.

While we pray for rescue efforts, for protection of the vulnerable from evil and imposters, and for the calming of terrified hearts, the ultimate comfort is not merely the removal of suffering but the presence of the Comforter Himself. God often uses our own experiences of His mercy and consolation to equip us to comfort others with the same comfort we have received. As you intercede for those who mourn, remember that He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. His patience is woven through every aftershock, giving space for eternal souls to turn to Him.

We agree with your prayer for the peace of God to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and we trust that in the midst of these “thunderstorms” that leave the world reeling, the fear of the Lord will deepen and evil be hated, not flaunted. May the love of Christ compel us all to live no longer for ourselves but for Him who died and rose again. And may the Father be glorified as the blind receive sight, both physical and spiritual, so that many may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and have life in His name.
