Beloved Warrior
🧎🏽‍♂️We confess our sins and the sins of our nation and nations, Lev 26:40-42, Ezra 9:6-7, Neh 1:6-7, Dan 9:20, 1 Jn 1:9-10, and ask for international baptisms, discipleship and teaching of obedient faith, Mt 28:18-20, Rom 1:5. We tragically ask the same prayer as we are still praying for The Philippines for Venezuela...

🙏 Father, You and Your works are both great and marvelous, Amos 3:6, Isa 45:7, Rev 15:1-7, Rev 16:1-20. We seek You and the comfort of the Gospel to all nations, 2 Cor , laborers, churches, Isa 40:1, and rescue efforts, Eph 2:10. We're grieved that it's imaginable that over 10,000 people have died, that there may be more than that, that countless are missing and untold persons injured and ask for mercy in times like this, Hab 3:2. Jesus, we ask You rise with healing in Your Wings, Mal 4:2, and yes, of course let fear of God deepen, Prov 1:7, 9:10, and evil be hated, Prov 8:13, instead of flaunted, and as a byproduct, of preparing the way of The Lord, receive the gift of Eternal Life in Christ, Rom 6:21-23.

🆘 Help the millions of individuals affected by the earthquake, those taking shelter at the evacuation centers, and those sheltering outside the evacuation sites, 1 Tim 2:1-4. Please help find anyone still alive after the landslides, bridges and sections of roads have been wiped out. Rebuild the ruins of the apartment buildings, houses destroyed, buildings, streets, Isa 58:6-11, Isa 58:12.

📝 We ask for mercy, grace & help in time of need, Heb 4:16. We ask the Grace and Peace from The God of all comfort, 2 Cor 1:2, comfort the afflicted and panic stricken, 2 Cor 1:3-5, a LOT of heavy aftershocks (24), calm them kindly, help with the search and rescue efforts, thank You for the GOSPEL OPERATIONS being sent out to seek and save the Lost, Lk 19:10, (Your priority), raise up and send out Laborers for The Harvest, Mt 9:37-38, save sinners, 1 Tim 1:15-16.

🐑 Lord Jesus, we agree the multitudes are like sheep without a shepherd, and notice how moved You were with compassion, Mt 9:36. We firstly ask You share that SAME compassion for the multitudes with us (and Your compassion for individuals, cities, regions, states, nation even all peoples, tribes and tongues, Rev 7:9, Dan 7:14). We do agree that there should be no procrastination regarding the readiness of the harvest, Jn 4:35, for the harvest is plentiful, and the laborers painfully few, Matt 9:37-38.

🌾 We ask You for laborers for the harvest to be sent out, Lk 10:2, allow the gospel to gain traction in the hearts, lives and witness of believers, Col 1:5-6. Let Your love -- the love of Christ -- compel us, so we no longer live for ourselves, but You who died and rose again on our behalf, 2 Cor 5:14. May the love that compels us empower us to compel others to come to the Marriage Feast You prepared, Lk 14:23, having not only the words to say but how to say them, Jn 14:29, meet URGENTLY pressing needs Tit 3:14, becoming all things to all people that by all means we may win some, 1 Cor 9:22, and that is what we need more grace to be while inviting them to come in, winsome, showing You with no respect of persons, Matt 22:9-10, Lk 14:21, even having the compassion and grace to heal the blind and lame, Jn 14:12-13, that the Father is glorified in You, and as a sign that You're the Messiah, the Son of God, and that in believing people may have life in Your Name, John 20:30-31.

🙌 Thank You for revealing to Your beloved Apostle that You came into the World to DESTROY the works of the devil, 1 Jn 3:8, so guard everyone from temptation, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, and the evil one, John 17:15. With thanksgiving we offer these requests asking the peace of God not only guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, but more importantly, Phil 2:3, theirs at this time. Grant repentance and save souls in that nation, 2 Pet 3:9, 1 Tim 2:1-4, thank You again, always in Jesus' Name.

We stand together in fervent prayer, lifting up the devastation in Venezuela and the countless souls affected by this earthquake. Our hearts are heavy as we consider the lives lost, the families shattered, and the communities left in ruins. We come before the throne of grace with boldness, knowing that our God is both just and merciful, and He hears the cries of His people.

Father, we confess our sins and the sins of our nations before You, just as Daniel, Ezra, and Nehemiah did in their times. We have strayed from Your commandments, and our nations have embraced wickedness, idolatry, and rebellion against Your holy standards. We acknowledge that You are sovereign over all creation, even over the shaking of the earth, and we ask for Your mercy to fall upon Venezuela and all who are suffering. Forgive us, cleanse us, and renew a right spirit within us, that we may walk in obedience to Your will. We plead with You to send forth laborers into the harvest, for the fields are ripe, and the need is great. Raise up men and women who will boldly proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and teach the nations to obey all that You have commanded.

Lord Jesus, we are grieved by the magnitude of this disaster, and we ask that You would rise with healing in Your wings. Comfort those who mourn, strengthen those who are weak, and provide for those who have lost everything. We pray for the millions displaced, those sheltering in evacuation centers, and those still trapped under rubble. Guide the hands of the rescue workers, give them wisdom and endurance, and let no life be lost that could be saved. Rebuild the ruins, restore the streets, and let Your light shine in the darkness. We ask for a double portion of Your mercy, as You promised through the prophet Habakkuk, that Your name would be glorified even in the midst of judgment.

We are reminded that You are moved with compassion when You see the multitudes as sheep without a shepherd. Lord, we ask that You would fill us with that same compassion, compassion for the lost, the hurting, and the broken. Let us not grow weary in doing good, but let us be Your hands and feet, meeting urgent needs and sharing the hope of the Gospel. May Your love compel us to live not for ourselves, but for You, who died and rose again on our behalf. Give us the words to say and the wisdom to act, that we may win souls for Your kingdom.

We thank You, Lord, for the promise that You came to destroy the works of the devil. Guard the hearts of those in Venezuela from despair, fear, and the lies of the enemy. Protect them from false teachers, imposters, and those who would seek to exploit their suffering. Let the Gospel take root in their hearts, and may many come to know You as their Savior and Lord. We pray for a great harvest of souls, that Your name would be exalted among the nations.

Father, we ask that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, would guard the hearts and minds of those affected by this tragedy. Let them know that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You save those who are crushed in spirit. Grant repentance and faith to many, that they may turn to You and be saved. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in Venezuela and throughout the earth. Amen.

We stand with you in this heavy moment, lifting the same cry for mercy. When the earth shakes and the numbers of lost and broken keep climbing, words feel inadequate, but the Spirit Himself intercedes with groanings too deep for speech, and He hears your own groaning as worship.

It’s clear you’ve been carrying this disaster before the throne not just as a one-time prayer but with the kind of tenacious, scripture-soaked burden that refuses to let go until God moves. That matters. In the face of such sorrow, the temptation can be to rush to explain or to offer quick comfort, but we’ve found it’s often more faithful to simply sit with the grief and keep asking. Jesus looked at the harassed and helpless crowds and was moved with compassion, not detached pity but a gut-wrenching ache that led Him to teach, to heal, and to send workers. We echo that ache with you.

One way your intercession can take another step, if you haven’t already, is to seek out known, biblically faithful believers or missionary teams on the ground in the affected area and hold them up by name. They are weary, yet they are Christ’s hands, pulling people from rubble and whispering hope into raw trauma. Pray especially that in the chaos, the gospel would not just be spoken but embodied, that the love of Christ would compel those workers to serve without reserve, and that from the ashes countless would find eternal life.

Father, in Jesus’ name, pour out mercy on the survivors still trapped, on the families shattered by loss, and on every rescuer risking their own safety. Comfort the panic-stricken with Your presence, and raise up laborers full of Your compassion to seek and save the lost in the rubble and in the long days ahead. Let Your church arise with healing in its wings. Amen.

The earth did quake and the mountains were carried into the midst of the sea, yet God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Though the earth be removed, we will not fear. The earthquake of society is more to be dreaded than the quaking of the globe, and we are within measurable distance of such a catastrophe, yet we will not fear, for the Lord of hosts is with us. But mark this: judgment may produce a carnal repentance, a repentance that is of the flesh and not of that holy, heavenly sort which the Spirit works. True repentance gives God glory; it bows before His sovereignty, saying, I have no claim, I have no rights but to be punished. Have you such a repentance? Has your nation such a repentance? Mere trembling at the earthquake is not repentance unto life; it must lead you to look out of self to Christ, and to Christ only. Repent ye, and believe the gospel; these two are inseparable. The command is twofold: turn from sin and trust the Savior. He can save you; be you as black as hell, He can save you. It is a foul sin against the high majesty of divine love to think yourself past mercy.

You cry for laborers for the harvest. Yes, the harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few. Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will thrust forth laborers. Ought not the Lord to have a harvest of obedience, a harvest of holiness, a harvest of usefulness, a harvest of praise? We are laborers together with God. He works with us, and we with Him. The joy of harvest is what we have a right to expect, a joy that has respect for former toil. Those who have sown in tears shall reap in joy. And think: the harvested ones rejoice! The very souls brought in shall be our crown of rejoicing. But many are loiterers; alas, the loiterers are many, but the laborers are few. My very soul is lifted up with joy when I mark these words, We are laborers together with God. Come to the mercy seat, and you shall see God's farm watered from on high and tilled with divine skill.

Shall the prey be taken from the mighty? The Gospel musket is leveled at the ringleader of sin, and down he comes! When an officer in the devil's army falls, there is a great cry. Rescue is possible for the vilest, for He who is with us is greater than he who is in the world. Let us not cease to pray and to labor, knowing that our labor is not in vain in the Lord. Oh, that you would escape from the wrath to come! Oh, that you would, by faith, take Jesus to be your refuge and your strength! For in Him is joy unspeakable, even the joy of harvest, a joy that comes from conquered temptations, from prayers answered, from seeing the lost gathered in. Repentance lives as long as faith; sweet Sister Repentance will be our companion till we part at the gates of pearl. And remember, repentance and remission of sins are preached in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them. This is our commission, this is our hope, this is our joy. The Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, and the harvest of the earth shall be reaped. Until then, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.
