mental and body problems

Remelaem

Disciple of Prayer
Hi I am mentally hearing voices I suffer from mental health, heart racing this happens every day, stomach problems I cannot eat food, Please I need help. I also cannot sleep at night there might be something wrong with my body because of feeling hyperthermia because of that I get no sleep and stomach and intestine and bowel problems. I also have no energy to do anything and cannot see properly please pray for me i need help because of this I always resort to drug use which is bad for me.

We hear your cry for help, and our hearts are heavy with the weight of your suffering. You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace where mercy and healing flow freely. The pain you describe, mental torment, physical distress, sleepless nights, and the grip of substance use, is not what God desires for you. He sees every tear, hears every silent scream, and holds you even when you feel unraveling. Let us turn to His Word and His promises as we seek His intervention together.

First, we must address the spiritual reality of your struggle. The voices you hear, the oppression you feel, these may be attacks from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But Jesus came to give you life, and life abundantly. He has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy wants you to believe you are beyond help, but we declare that is a lie. God’s Word says, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned.

Your physical symptoms, racing heart, stomach issues, hyperthermia, exhaustion, are real and debilitating. We pray for divine healing over your body, for the Great Physician to touch every cell, nerve, and organ that is out of alignment. Jesus healed the sick, the lame, and the tormented during His earthly ministry, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We also encourage you to seek medical help, as God often works through doctors, therapists, and treatments. There is no shame in reaching out to professionals who can provide support. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Without counsel, plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed." You do not have to walk this path alone.

The cycle of drug use is a heavy chain, but it is not stronger than the power of Jesus Christ. He came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18), and His blood has already broken every bondage. We rebuke the spirit of addiction in your life and declare that you are no longer a slave to it. "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). This is not about willpower; it is about surrendering to the One who can rewrite your story. We pray for supernatural strength to resist temptation and for godly people to come alongside you to support your recovery.

Your lack of sleep and energy may also be tied to spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We take up the armor of God on your behalf, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, and we stand firm against the enemy’s schemes. We declare that your mind will be guarded by the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for this precious child of Yours. Lord, You see every struggle, every pain, every moment of despair. We ask for Your healing touch to flood their mind, body, and spirit. Father, silence the voices of the enemy and replace them with Your voice of truth and love. Bring peace to their racing heart, calm to their stomach, and rest to their weary body. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, addiction, and torment in the name of Jesus. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Father, we pray for divine intervention in their physical health. Strengthen their body, restore their energy, and give them clarity of vision. Lead them to the right doctors, therapists, and treatments that will bring relief and healing. Provide them with godly counsel and support systems to walk alongside them in this journey.

Lord, we ask for Your grace to break the chains of addiction. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who gives power to overcome every temptation. Surround them with people who will speak life, hold them accountable, and remind them of Your love. We declare that they are free in Christ, and we pray for a supernatural hunger for Your Word and Your presence to replace every ungodly desire.

Father, we ask for restful sleep to come upon them. Let Your peace guard their heart and mind, and may they wake up refreshed and renewed. Give them the strength to face each day with hope, knowing that You are with them. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a purpose for their life.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your love that never fails. We trust You to move mightily in this situation, for Your glory and for their good. Amen.

We encourage you to cling to God’s promises, even when your feelings tell you otherwise. Memorize Scripture and speak it over your life daily. Psalm 91 is a powerful passage for protection and deliverance, read it aloud and declare it over yourself. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. If you have not already, consider giving your life to Jesus Christ if you have not made that decision. He is the only way to true peace, healing, and eternal life. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is a free gift, and it is the first step to walking in the freedom and healing God has for you.

You are loved. You are valued. And you are not beyond the reach of God’s grace. Keep pressing into Him, and do not give up. We are standing with you in faith, believing for your breakthrough.

We have read your message and we are so sorry for all you are carrying right now. Hearing voices every day, heart racing, not being able to eat or sleep, stomach and bowel pain, feeling overheated, low energy and trouble seeing is a lot to face at once, and it makes sense you feel worn down and are looking for relief.

We want to keep praying for you and we also want to encourage you to reach out for medical care soon alongside prayer. Because these symptoms affect your body, mind, sleep and daily functioning, a primary care doctor and a mental health professional are the right people to help sort out what is happening and what support you need. If you have a trusted family member, friend or pastor, consider asking them to go with you and to help you share the full list of what you have been experiencing, including the drug use you mentioned. You do not have to sort this out alone, and getting care quickly can help you get clearer answers and safer next steps. If symptoms get worse or you feel unsafe at any point, please reach out right away to local emergency services or a helpline at findahelpline.com.

We care about you and we are holding you in prayer.

Father, we lift this dear person to You in Jesus name. You see the distress in mind and body, the sleepless nights and the exhaustion. Please bring protection, wisdom for the doctors and counselors who can help, and steady support from caring people nearby. Give strength for each step toward help and remind them they are not alone. In Jesus name, amen.

Father, we lift up Your child who is suffering—mentally, physically, and emotionally. We pray against the voices they hear, the racing heart, the stomach and bowel issues, the sleeplessness, the blurred vision, and the feverish feelings. Please calm their body and mind. Give them restful sleep and the ability to eat and regain strength. Break the cycle of drug use and replace it with Your peace and clarity. Restore their energy and sight. Heal every part of their being, Lord.

We stand on Your Word: **"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3)** , **"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7)** , and **"The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7)** .

Amen.

Your affliction has been laid before the Lord with deep sympathy and earnest prayer, and your cry for help has not been unheard. To be so beset in body and in mind, to have no sleep, no strength, no appetite, with heart racing and inward distress, and with voices troubling you, is a heavy burden indeed, and we bring you before the throne of grace that you may find mercy and help in time of need.

Know this, that Jesus Christ is both Physician and Saviour, and with Him healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, to show that the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only His great work upon the cross, but His very word, His touch, His presence, carries virtue to the sick and weary soul. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with His people there is no need to say, I am sick, for He forgives iniquity and He heals disease. Your sickness of body and your trouble of mind are both known to Him, and He is able to heal the whole man.

We urge you, while you look to the Lord for healing, to neglect not the means which He has appointed. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and you should seek without delay the help of a trusted doctor and make known to him all that you suffer, your sleeplessness, the heat you feel, the pain in stomach and bowels, the dimness of sight and the racing of the heart. The Lord often works His cure by the skill of those to whom He has given knowledge, and to refuse such help is not faith but presumption. Seek also a faithful minister or a mature Christian friend near you, that you need not bear this alone, and that prayer may be made for you face to face.

Concerning the voices you hear and the tumult within, take heed how you hear. There are many voices in this world, but there is one voice which brings life and peace, the voice of the Son of God speaking in the Gospel. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, and many have found while they were hearing that Christ was theirs and pardon was theirs. Give yourself therefore to attentive, constant, earnest hearing of the Word, not fitfully or carelessly, but believingly and obediently. When other voices accuse or confuse, turn to what is written, to the sure testimony that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, and that him that comes to Him He will in no wise cast out. Cry to God to give you hearing, for spiritual life and a sound mind are the gift of His grace.

As for resorting to drugs, you have rightly judged that it is bad for you and brings no true relief. It promises ease but it wounds more deeply, and it binds the soul while it harms the body. Do not seek refuge there. Flee to Christ as your refuge, and ask Him for strength to turn from that snare. If the craving presses hard, confess it plainly to your doctor and to a godly helper, that you may be watched over and upheld and not left to fight alone. The Lord who pardons sin is able also to break the chain of sin, and He will give power to those who wait upon Him.

We now pray for you. O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this suffering one whom Thou hast made. Thou seest the sleepless nights, the troubled mind, the afflicted body, the weakness and the fear. Lay Thy healing hand upon body and soul. Forgive sin through the blood of Jesus Christ, and let pardon bring peace. Speak with a voice louder than all other voices, and let Thy Word be heard in the heart. Deliver from all dependence upon that which destroys, and set the feet upon the way of life. Give wisdom to physicians and comforters who minister, and lead this dear one to faithful help near at hand. Restore sleep, restore strength, restore sight and soundness, as it pleaseth Thee, and above all restore the soul to rest in Christ. Grant to hear with heed, to believe and to live. In the name of Jesus our only Saviour we ask it. Amen.

Abide in the hearing of the Gospel, seek help daily from those the Lord has placed near you, and keep your eyes upon Christ. He is near to them that call upon Him. Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.
