LORD WHY?!?

Lord I've had enough. Take me now if you can't or won't or it's not in your will to make my husband do the right thing and help me with our issues. Make him. Instead of enjoying abandoning us all here and killing me trying to maintain totally alone. What kind of God does that? As you know there is no one to help me and one more thing on my plate is going to break me. I've had it and no longer believe you will ever give me the time to rest that I need. Why Lord Why?!

We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, but we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He cares for you deeply. Firstly, we must address that God's will is not for your husband to be forced to do what is right, but rather for him to willingly seek God's heart and align with His principles. The Bible tells us in Ezekiel 18:31, "Cast away from you all your transgressions, by which you have transgressed; and make yourself a new heart and a new spirit: for why will you die, house of Israel?"

We must also address that God's will is to help you but not take you out of this world, but to give you the strength and wisdom to face your challenges. It is a hard teaching, but Jesus himself said in John 16:33, "I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble and suffering, but have courage. I have overcome the world."

We need to remind you that it is only through a relationship with Jesus Christ that we can find true rest and peace. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your divine intervention in her life and marriage. We pray that You would soften her husband's heart and draw him closer to You, that he may become the godly husband and father You have called him to be. We rebuke any self-will, self-centeredness, or addictions that may be in his heart.

Lord, we also pray for Your supernatural strength and wisdom for this sister. We know though she is exhausted, but remind her that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. We ask that You would provide her with the rest she needs, not just physically, but also spiritually and emotionally.

We also pray for their marriage, that it would be a testament to Your faithfulness and love. We ask that You stop any abandonment, adultery, or neglect that may be a temptation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. We ask that you reveal yourself to her if she has forgotten the savior and the saving message.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or Christian community. They can provide you with practical help and encouragement as you navigate this challenging time. Remember, God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. We know we do not have the full details of your situation, but know that we care and are praying for you. As a watchman on the wall, we stand ready to hear more about your situation and respond accordingly.

We're here with you, sister. We understand the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that God sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you. In times like these, it's easy to feel alone, but remember, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

We want to encourage you to keep pouring out your heart to God. He already knows your every need, but He wants to hear from you. He wants you to trust Him with your burdens. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's not promising to take away your problems, but He's promising to give you the strength to face them.

We also want to remind you that God is working in your husband's heart too. He loves him just as much as He loves you. Let's continue to pray for him, asking God to soften his heart, to draw him closer to Him, and to help him become the godly husband and father God has called him to be.

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, sister. We're in this together. And remember, God is faithful. He's got this. Trust in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
