I feel like sometimes mentally I'm struggling. I have mental illness since 9 years old, but God took most my pain away at mid-January at 2024. However, I do struggle sometimes, and when I'm around my dad, I feel spiritually and stuff uncomfortable. My brother is type 1 diabetic, and we just need prayers and peace, mainly for my type 1 diabetic brother. I don't really like opening about my personal life to nobody; I only want to trust God that's it. But my dad is an alcoholic and a gambler and smoker, and he's type 2 diabetic. He had a car accident today but just has headaches. We try to get away from him because he's financially abusive and stuff too. I really appreciate you being patient with me, and I just want us to have a permanent peaceful and happy life. It seems my mom still cares for him, but he's I feel like acts nice and stuff because he's on investigation—I think I don't know how it's called—for months of financially abusing me. I prefer to keep this private, but I just want me and my siblings and mom and anyone who's struggling to be kept in prayers. There are times I kinda allow the devil in, or he tries to attack me; I don't know myself. I just want us to be happy and at peace. I feel lonely sometimes, and it's like a hard situation. Like I want to go away and have my own place, but that's complicated because this world is full of monsters. I'm 21 years old, living with my family, but I feel like that's impossible sometimes, but not often because with God, anything is possible. However, I do feel insecure sometimes, and I don't know how I feel sometimes. I have anger issues and unknown struggles. Like, if I ever get my phone taken away or anything, I'll have a mental tantrum. I hope this all makes sense, and I know this is a lot, but I just need prayers. I just want to be with God and away from everyone in peace. Like, I want to be in the streets alone. I know that sounds horrible, but I can't do it, and I'm cautious about my safety.

My mom has weed problems; she's a good person, but also she can be overprotective, which I don't mind, same with dad, but I just don't feel comfortable around my dad, but I just keep it to myself. He doesn't physically hurt me, but he just a lot of times gives himself up to the devil. I just want anything that's from the devil to remove permanently again in our lives, and we work on ourselves. We're homeless and live in hotels because my dad wouldn't pay the rent. My dad has hypertension too and an aneurysm. I don't know how to spell that. I really appreciate your patience and listening and your prayers. My name is ###, and I'm 21 years old. And I feel suicidal sometimes because I've been looked at sexually instead of as a young woman before. I'm trying my best to keep myself distant from people because there's a lot of fake friends and bad people. But I have a friend also; he's Jamaican, and I like him, and he's 20 years old. He's been through a lot right now. His communication skills are off, so it's nothing wrong with that, but his stepmother raped him after drugging him, I believe, and his mom and anyone mistreated him. He has friends, which is good. I just want him and everyone to be kept in prayers. Please keep me in your prayers. I don't want to turn bitter because I'm being ignored by flesh or because of jealousy or anything.

We hear your heart, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every burden before the throne of grace. Your struggles are real, and your honesty is courageous. We want you to know that you are not alone—God sees you, loves you, and is working even in the midst of the pain. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You have already experienced His healing touch in January, and we believe He will continue to restore and strengthen you.

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). When you feel the devil trying to attack or when you sense his influence in your home, resist him firmly in the name of Jesus. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every spirit of fear, loneliness, anger, and insecurity in your life. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Your father’s struggles with alcohol, gambling, and financial abuse are not just personal failings—they are bondages that grieve the Holy Spirit. We pray for his deliverance and repentance. The Bible warns that drunkards, gamblers, and those who exploit others will not inherit the kingdom of God unless they turn from their ways (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). Yet, we also know that God’s mercy is greater than any sin. If your father repents, he can be washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus (1 Corinthians 6:11). We pray for conviction to fall upon him, for his eyes to be opened to the destruction he is causing, and for a true transformation of his heart. We also pray for wisdom and strength for your mother as she navigates this difficult situation. May she find her hope and security in Christ alone, not in the temporary kindness of a man still bound by sin.

Your brother’s health is a heavy concern, and we lift him up before the Lord. We pray for his blood sugar levels to stabilize, for his body to be strengthened, and for wisdom for those caring for him. Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4), and we believe in His healing power. We also pray for your father’s health—his hypertension, aneurysm, and diabetes. May the Lord touch his body and grant him healing, not just for his sake, but so that he may turn his heart toward God.

The trauma you’ve endured—being viewed sexually instead of as a young woman—has left deep wounds. We rebuke every lie the enemy has planted in your mind because of these experiences. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your worth is found in Christ, not in how others have treated you. We pray for healing over those memories and for the Lord to restore your sense of safety and dignity. If you have not already, we encourage you to seek godly Christian counseling to work through these pains. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Your desire for peace and a place of your own is understandable. The world can feel like a dangerous place, especially when you’ve been hurt. But we encourage you not to isolate yourself completely. God did not design us to walk alone. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12). Seek out a biblical, Christ-centered church where you can find community, accountability, and support. The Lord may use His people to provide the family and stability you long for.

Regarding your friend, we lift him up as well. The abuse he has suffered is horrific, and we pray for his healing and restoration. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We rebuke every spirit of shame, confusion, and trauma in his life. May he come to know the love of Christ that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We also caution you to guard your heart in this friendship. While it’s good to care for others, you must be wise about emotional attachments, especially given your own vulnerabilities. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this friendship is leading toward a romantic relationship, we encourage you to seek God’s will and ensure that he is a believer who shares your faith and values. Courtship should always have marriage as its goal, and both parties should be committed to honoring God in their relationship.

Your mother’s struggles with weed are also a concern. While she may be a good person, any substance that alters the mind can open doors to spiritual attack. The Bible warns that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are to be sober-minded and alert (1 Peter 5:8). We pray for her deliverance from this habit and for her to find her comfort and peace in Christ alone.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up every burden shared with us. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who restores. We thank You for the work You have already done in this young woman’s life, for the pain You have taken away, and for the strength You continue to provide.

We pray for complete healing—mind, body, and spirit—for her and her family. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, loneliness, anger, and insecurity that seeks to torment her. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her know that she is never alone.

Father, we lift up her father to You. We ask for a mighty conviction to fall upon him, that he may see the destruction his addictions and behaviors are causing. Break every chain of alcoholism, gambling, and financial abuse in his life. Heal his body from hypertension, diabetes, and the aneurysm he carries. Lord, soften his heart and draw him to repentance. May he turn to You and find forgiveness, restoration, and a new life in Christ.

We pray for her mother, that she would find her strength and hope in You alone. Deliver her from any reliance on substances and help her to stand firm in faith. Give her wisdom to navigate this difficult marriage and to protect her children from harm.

Lord, we lift up her brother with type 1 diabetes. Touch his body with Your healing hand. Stabilize his blood sugar, strengthen his immune system, and grant him vitality. Surround him with people who will care for him and encourage him in his faith.

Father, we pray for this young woman’s friend who has suffered so much abuse. Heal his heart, mind, and body. Restore his sense of worth and identity in Christ. Protect him from further harm and lead him to a community of believers who will love and support him.

Lord, we ask for provision for this family. They have faced homelessness and financial instability because of poor decisions. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Open doors for stable housing, employment, and financial wisdom. Give them the strength to break free from toxic cycles and to build a life that honors You.

Father, we pray for this young woman’s desire for peace and a place of her own. Guide her steps and lead her to a safe, godly community. Protect her from the dangers of the world and surround her with people who will encourage her in her faith. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You continue to draw her closer to You. Let her find her identity, worth, and purpose in Christ alone. Guard her heart from bitterness, jealousy, and despair. Fill her with Your love, joy, and peace. May she walk in the fullness of the life You have called her to, free from the chains of the past and secure in Your promises.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. Amen.

You are deeply loved, and your life has purpose. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Prayer Focus: God, I ask You in Jesus' name bless me to walk with You the way Enoch walked with you. Show me what that looks like, and "let it be so" in my life. We want to thank you for trusting us with your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer these past few days. Your honesty and vulnerability have touched our spirits, and we have lifted up every detail of your request before our Heavenly Father—your struggles with mental illness, your brother’s health, your family’s safety and provision, and your deep longing for peace and freedom from the enemy’s attacks.

We have prayed for God’s healing touch to continue in your mind and emotions, for His protection over your brother as he manages his diabetes, and for wisdom and strength for your entire family as you navigate this difficult season. We’ve asked the Lord to surround you with His presence when loneliness or insecurity creeps in, and to give you discernment in your relationships. We’ve also prayed against the schemes of the enemy, that every stronghold of fear, anger, or despair would be broken in Jesus’ name, and that your home would be filled with the peace of Christ instead of turmoil.

Most of all, we’ve prayed that you would feel God’s love wrapping around you like a shield, reminding you that you are seen, valued, and never alone. We’ve asked Him to give you hope for the future and the courage to keep trusting Him, even when the path feels uncertain.
