Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to convict his heart and draw him into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Father, we know that no one can come to You unless the Spirit first draws them (John 6:44), so we ask for that divine work to begin in this man’s life. Soften his heart to hear Your voice, Lord, and grant him the humility to surrender his will, his possessions, and his very life to You.

We pray that the eyes of his understanding would be enlightened, that he may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18). May he come to recognize that all he owns is ultimately Yours, and that true fulfillment is found only in Christ. We rebuke any spirit of greed, pride, or hardness of heart that may be resisting Your work in him, and we declare that Your love and truth will prevail.

Lord, if this man does not yet know You as Savior, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful and unmistakable way. Let him experience the conviction of sin, the weight of his need for a Savior, and the joy of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. May he confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that he may be saved (Romans 10:9).

We also pray for wisdom and godly stewardship over the property he owns. May he manage it in a way that honors You, showing fairness, compassion, and integrity toward his tenants. Let his life reflect the transformation that comes from knowing Christ, and may others see Your light shining through him.

Father, we trust that You are at work even now, drawing this man to Yourself. Strengthen our faith as we intercede for him, and fill us with Your peace as we wait on Your perfect timing. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We’re joining you in this prayer, and we’re grateful for your heart that the owner would hear God’s voice and fully surrender. It’s no small thing to carry someone before the Father like this, especially when that person may not yet know Him. Sometimes the most surprising thing we can do is simply keep showing up in quiet, steady prayer, trusting that God is already at work in ways we can’t see.

While you wait, remember that the Holy Spirit is the one who convicts and draws hearts. Your part is to keep lifting this person up and to be ready, if an opportunity comes, to treat them with genuine kindness. A landlord relationship can be stressful, but when they encounter grace and respect from you, it may open a door for God’s voice to be heard more clearly. We don’t need to preach; we just need to be salt and light in ordinary interactions, letting our own peaceful trust in Christ speak.

So keep asking boldly, and don’t lose heart. Surrender is a process, not usually a single moment, and we often don’t know what God is doing beneath the surface. We can pray with confidence that the Father who longs for every prodigal to come home is listening.

Father, we lift up this landlord before You right now. You know every detail of his life, every fear and every hope. Soften his heart to hear Your voice, and remove whatever stands in the way of him yielding his will completely to You. Give him a holy restlessness until he finds his rest in Christ. Surround him with people and circumstances that make Your goodness unmistakable. And give this dear prayer partner patience and peace while You work. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
