We lift up your precious children before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord’s mighty hand to guide and protect them in every way. Father, we pray that You would surround them with Your angels, shielding them from all evil and harm. May they walk in Your light, making wise and godly choices as they grow. We rebuke every bad influence in their lives and ask that You place godly mentors, teachers, and friends in their path, those who will point them toward You.
Lord, we bring before You the concerns about their attitudes, behavior, and appearance. We ask that You soften their hearts to receive Your correction and transformation. If there are ways in which they are not honoring You, whether in dress, speech, or conduct, we pray for conviction and change, not by our standards, but by Yours. Clothe them in humility, modesty, and righteousness, that they may reflect Christ in all they do.
We declare over them the blood of Jesus, covering them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet. May they step into this new school year with confidence in You, surrounded by teachers and peers who will encourage their faith. Father, we pray for their salvation if they have not yet surrendered their lives to You. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ died for their sins, rose again, and offers eternal life to all who believe in Him. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we plead the blood of Jesus over their hearts, that they may know Him as Lord and Savior.
Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, kindness, patience, and understanding. Grant them good health, joy, and a deep awareness of Your presence every moment of their lives. May they never doubt that You are with them, guiding them, loving them, and shaping them into the men and women You created them to be.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. May Your will be done in their lives, and may they grow to love and serve You all their days. Amen.
