Servant of All
Dear God please help me. Please help me get my projects and proposals done correctly and on time tomorrow. Please help my son and my daughter to have a good person to be with and to marry someday and to have a home to live in and to give birth to their children like that you gave me. Please help our adult kid's to enjoy the life that you have given me and my wife. I thank you for your help for me life and I always thought that things would be better and easier for our kids. But I am starting to think that it's going to be harder for them. Thank you for today being Sunday and I have to go back to work tomorrow morning and to put a proposal together and to tell my boss that we need to bid this job to earn money or we should tell the GC to kiss my butt. Please help me be a better person and a better husband and a better dad and a better employee. Please dear God please help me

We hear your heart, and we join with you in lifting these concerns to the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to hear and answer the prayers of His children. First, we want to praise God that you are coming to Him in prayer, acknowledging His sovereignty over your work, your family, and your future. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and we are so grateful that you have called on Him. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We pray that you continue to seek Him in all things, for He alone is our strength and our provider.

We lift up your projects and proposals to the Lord, asking that He grant you wisdom, clarity, and favor as you prepare them. The Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that the Lord would guide your hands and your mind, helping you to complete your work with excellence and integrity. May your efforts bring glory to Him and open doors of opportunity for you and your family. We also ask that He would give you peace in your heart as you communicate with your boss, that your words would be seasoned with grace and wisdom, and that He would soften hearts to receive your message.

Father, we also bring your children before You, asking that You would draw them close to Yourself and prepare their hearts for the future You have planned for them. We pray that they would seek You above all else, for Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we ask that You would lead them to godly spouses who love You and share their faith, for marriage is a sacred covenant designed by You to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Guard their hearts from relationships that do not honor You, and help them to wait patiently for the spouse You have prepared for them. May their marriages be built on Your Word, filled with love, respect, and mutual submission to You.

We also pray for your children’s future homes and families. May they experience the joy of raising children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, just as You have blessed you and your wife. Help them to trust in Your provision, for You have promised in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Lord, we ask that You would give them contentment in every season of life, whether in plenty or in want, and that they would find their ultimate satisfaction in You.

We hear the concern in your heart for your children’s future, and we want to encourage you with the truth of God’s Word. While the world may grow increasingly difficult, we know that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). You have not abandoned Your children, and You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). We pray that You would strengthen their faith and help them to stand firm in the hope of the gospel, even in challenging times. Remind them that their struggles are temporary, but Your promises are eternal.

Lord, we also lift up your role as a husband, father, and employee. We ask that You would help you to grow in patience, kindness, and selflessness, reflecting the love of Christ in all that you do. May your wife and children see Jesus in you, and may your actions at work bring glory to Your name. Help you to model integrity, humility, and diligence, for Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." We pray that You would give you the strength to resist frustration or anger, and that You would fill you with Your peace as you interact with others.

Father, we ask that You would soften your heart toward your children’s struggles, and help you to trust in Your perfect timing for their lives. It is natural for parents to want the best for their children, but we know that Your plans are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Help you to release your fears and anxieties to You, for You care for them even more than you do (1 Peter 5:7). May you find rest in the knowledge that You are their ultimate Provider and Protector.

We close this prayer by declaring Your faithfulness over this family. Lord, we thank You for the blessings You have already poured out, and we trust You for the future. May Your name be praised in every area of their lives, and may they continue to grow in their relationship with You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. Remember that He is working all things together for your good and the good of your family (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking Him, and He will direct your steps. If there are areas in your life or your children’s lives that need repentance or realignment with God’s Word, we urge you to bring them before the Lord with a humble heart. He is faithful to forgive and restore (1 John 1:9). May you experience His peace and presence in every area of your life.

We hear the weight you’re carrying, the deadlines and difficult conversations at work, the deep ache for your kids’ futures, the desire to keep becoming a better man, husband, and father. That’s a lot to hold all at once.

Something that might help: right now you’re in a season where loving your adult children looks less like directing every step and more like releasing them into God’s hands while staying quietly available. The same God who brought you through your own journey hasn’t stepped away from theirs. He sees the paths they walk, and your steady prayers have more power than your worrying ever could. Trusting him to write their stories can loosen the knot in your chest, even when it feels like things are harder for them than they were for you.

As for tomorrow, it might help to briefly jot down the core points of your proposal before bed, then in the morning pray simply over the page and ask for a calm, clear mind. When you talk with your boss, consider stating what the job needs to succeed rather than telling the GC off, your integrity will carry more weight than a quick flash of frustration. You don’t have to figure it all out tonight.

Let’s pray together right now: Father, wrap this dad in your peace. Go before him into his workplace tomorrow, steady his hands and his thoughts as he assembles that proposal. Guard his children, provide good spouses and homes in your timing, and let them taste the life you’ve already given their parents. Shape him into the husband and father and man you see, through the ordinary, stressful days. We trust you with every part, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

The cry of a father's heart is never lost upon the ear of our heavenly Father. You pour out your soul for your children's future, for your daily work, for your own growth in grace, and this is right, for we are taught to cast all our care upon Him who cares for us. Yet observe the order of your plea: you begin with projects and proposals, then turn to your son and daughter, and then to your own soul's improvement. Let us learn from the Master's own teaching that the soul's eternal concerns stand first, then the daily bread follows. But your anxiety for your children is keenly felt, and well it may be, for we live in days when the young find this world a hard wilderness. Yet remember, the Lord who taught you from your youth is still the same Teacher for your offspring. He can as easily work upon youth as upon age, and the new birth is the work of the Holy Spirit, who broods over the waters of young hearts. Do not let the fear of a harder path for them overshadow the promise that those who wait upon the Lord shall not lack any good thing. The lions may lack and suffer hunger, but the children of the seeking father are fed and guided.

You fear that things go harder for them than for you. I counsel you to look again: the Lord has dealt with us as children, not chiding us for our many mistakes, but teaching us to walk, even as a mother teaches her little one, because we are His own offspring. That same patience He extends to your children. He sees them; He declares, "Behold, I and the children." He is not ashamed to own them, even when they are far from perfect. Your work now is to bring them to Jesus in prayer, and let your life be a quiet sermon of trust. Do not restrain them from Him by anxious fretting, but carry them in the arms of faith to the very throne.

As for your workplace trial: you must do your duty with diligence, yet the sharper your worry, the more you must lean upon the finished work of Christ for your peace. The Father looks upon all that is done by His dear Son and pronounces it good; your acceptance and your daily strength flow from that same perfect sanctification. Approach your desk tomorrow not as a slave to the project, but as a child of the house, served from the Master's table where there is bread enough and to spare. Let your speech to your employer be seasoned with grace, not with the rash word of the flesh, for the religion of Christ supplies sweetest pleasures while we live and solid comfort in every trial. Even the half-crown laborer walking miles dinnerless found his reward in his Master's smile, and so shall you if you commit your works to Him.

Beware of that inner whisper that says you must be a better person in your own strength before you can hope for blessing. The Lord teaches us to plead our very child-relationship as a reason for His pity: "Like as a father pities his children, even so the Lord pities them that fear Him." Your desire to be a better husband and father is itself a note of the Spirit's work within you. Continue to learn of Christ; let His childlike ones lead you in humility. The work will be completed at His appearing, and meantime, He carries you and your household in His bosom. Therefore, go back to your labor with a quiet heart. Expect victory to come through little children, through your own childlike faith, and through the simple trust you nurture in your son and daughter. A little child shall lead them, and who knows but that your children, seen through your prayers, may lead you into a deeper rest in the Father's care?

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I see you are overwhelmed with cares, casting your mind about tomorrow’s projects and your children’s future as if these things depended on your own strength alone. But tell me, what profit is all this anxiety? It is greater than any pleasure you seek from success. You fret over proposals and bosses, even thinking of bidding the contractor to do what is shameful, but such anger works no righteousness. Instead, let tribulation at work teach you patience, for patience born of trial gives the soul a sure hope. Do not seek to know every outcome ahead of time; the Spirit Himself will guide you into what is needed, so that you meet no trouble unwarned.

You pray your children may have homes and spouses as you did. This is not evil in itself, but why do you measure their blessedness by these outward things? The devil’s whole theatre is filled with such spectacles, banquets and marriages that seem fair yet bring ruin when God is forgotten. I urge you rather to pray that they be filled with the knowledge of His will, walking worthily of the Lord and bearing fruit in every good work. If they gain the whole world and lose their souls, what have they? But if they are tried for a time and lack these comforts, yet possess Christ, they have the eternal comfort which grace alone bestows.

You thank God for Sunday, yet your heart rushes back to earthly struggles before the day is done. Has He not loved you and given you good hope through grace? That hope will never put you to shame, for He who promised is faithful. Therefore, instead of begging merely for projects to succeed and children to have easy lives, ask that your heart be established in every good word and work. When you are not shaken by circumstances, you bear all things with longsuffering. The greatest comfort of a Christian is not a completed proposal or a married child, but to do what pleases God. Cease from the vain desire to control tomorrow, and glory even in the distresses that anoint you with patience. Then you will be a better husband, father, and employee, not by fretting, but by trusting the love which already gave you the Holy Spirit as a pledge of blessings to come.
